This location has really gone downhill. Ordered online for pizza portal pickup. Never got confirmation that pizza was ready. Finally just went to pickup and had to wait behind multiple skip the dishes drivers for service.

God bless the angel who was working this past Monday 8/21/23 at around 3:30 PM. Was so busy, yet provided great customer service. Also gave me a free order of Italian Breadsticks, thats how you get customers to return!

Realy not happy.I know ordering over the supper time but what the hell add a special and not honor it? Reactivate the app and it popped up with ordinary the new dubble peporony pizza and get a free reg. Peporony included.But I was refused with it. Because I have to say I'll take the offer???The app said I could if I order it.Rip off.Just not happy.Only 2 days left of it.Not a problem.The dubble peporony isn't any thing I'll be ordering again.?

Went in today and ordered some deep deep dish pepperoni. The cashier looked like she stopped caring long before I got there. At least it seemed like. She didn't ask if I wanted crazy bread like they are supposed to. Just 'anything else'. I added crazy bread then she asked again 'anything else'. I could not be bothered to add a beverage or anything else. After all that and 15 minutes of waiting I got the crazy bread that had been sitting there the whole time. Cold. Not really impressed this time. Probably be a while before I give them another chance.

alright stuff if you're a student nearby... although expect longer waits if you don't get things they have prepared... ask what kind of things they have ready if you don't have time to wait 10 or so mins.

The food is good and it's consistent. Have had several successful orders.Did a delivery order (via their own website) a couple of weeks ago - the wrong food arrived but their manager Abbi handled it gracefully. Do delivery, not take-out, if you're COVID-apprehensive; when I did a pickup order last week, I was the only masked customer.

I ordered online. Waited in my car to get promised email but 10 minutes after assigned time and nothing received. I decided to go in and server just pulled up order details and pulls 2 pizzas off shelf !!!! Pizza was dried out and very average. Won't buy again. So many other local choices.

Today I went to this store at 9:48 pm, they were supposed to closed at 10:00 pm, and the door was already locked. But that is OK, the bad part was, that they just ignored me, after a few minutes l just left. You need to train your people to say: "Excuse me SR , we are closed for the night". And not just stay there like there is nobody at the door, door that was locked earlier than the time posted.
