I use to always have a good experience here but the new staff is lazy, and works at a slow pace. They mix up your order with someone else then they make you wait long to just to receive the correct order. Waste of my time. 40 minutes is a long time to be waiting for my order 😡😡😡😡 never ordering from here again it's not worth it.

Disappointed with My Experience at Little Caesars
I went to Little Caesars expecting a quick and easy pickup, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. I was given the wrong pizza, and when I pointed it out, there was no apology or urgency to fix the mistake.
I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for them to make the correct order. The staff didn’t seem to care at all—no communication, no explanation, just poor service all around.
It’s really disappointing to deal with mistakes like this and not even get basic courtesy. If you mess up an order, at least own it and treat your customers with respect. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Little Caesars is a place for a quick, cheap, hot pizza in a pinch, and it delivered (metaphorically- although they may also offer delivery) when I went. Not and ready was right. The atmosphere was industrial pizza place for pickup only. Nothing to report.

We ordered pizza tonight and got a surprise when the box was opened. There was a huge burnt spot in the middle at least 2.5x2.5”. When flipped over there was a hole with burnt cheese and pepperoni showing through. There is no way this was not seen by the staff . It never should have been put in a box, let alone handed to a family. Poorly done. Do better.

Ordered from here last night and we all got food poisoning . My 4 year old is extremely sick and ended up in the er. Won't be ordering again be careful eating here !

Coupons only valid for online use, when most items are $5+ more than in store. No wonder they don't let you use them so they can overcharge you online while they do zero work in store. Big old thumbs down for shady practices
Food is always good. The counter staff could use some customer service lessons. The front waiting area isn't the cleanest and is always packed with people waiting for their food. This is a busy store, it will take awhile to get your food unless you order the cheese or pepperoni pizzas that are always kept hot and ready to go.

Simple takeaways shop. Got a large pepperoni stuffed crust. Good price with a 2l soft drink. Will definitely repeat.

Even though I arrived between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. there really wasn't a hot and ready available I had to wait for my pizza to be cooked. The staff was friendly and the pizza was good.
