Marble slab has the creamiest, best ice cream ever. I’m obsessed with their bubble gum flavour. The staff are so nice and welcoming, and they know exactly what I’m going to order, every time. I went on July 21st for free ice cream day, and in general, the ice cream was great! My main issue with it, though, was that when I got my waffle bowl and took my first bite, the ice cream was completely fine and delicious, but the waffle bowl itself tasted... chemical-y? Almost like it had been accidentally sprayed with cleaning products while the shelves and counters were being cleaned. I didn't end up eating any of the waffle bowl, not because it made me feel ill or anything, but the taste was definitely enough to throw me off.

We went there for my husband birthday and it was super great. Flavours was perfect and real and the toppings was various. We chose brownies, Nutella souse, sparkles and m&m. Taste was great and size was really big compared to the price. Do not hesitate to try it and you gonna love this place.

Went here today and got a small icecream and a regular sized milkshake. Was not impressed at all! The milkshake was literally so watery that it ended up spilling all over me as I was walking out the door from just pushing the door open and it wasn’t even a milkshake was more like chocolate milk! The icecream was smaller than my hand and costed 8$! For both the icecream and milkshake I spent 18$! I feel like that’s a little outrageous for what I got. I’d expect that price for more quantity and better quality. We will not be back sadly as we were so excited to bring the kids here.

We went today and found hair in the ice cream. Even staff don’t wear cap or anything on head so we gave it back to her. Last time (Almost 3 week ago) when we visited and asked to scan our points card the lady said she doesn’t know how to use it.Boy who works there is really friendly and we had positive experience with him so we keep going, but from last 2 times we come back disappointed. Staff did offer fresh icecream but after seeing hair in the product one would not like to eat again. It's all about hygiene and food safety.

My mom brought me home a $9 milk shake. It was completely melted, so I had to put it in the freezer. She told me that the person made it that way, and she said something to him about it being melted. The guy told her that's how they make them there. Absolutely ridiculous! For $9 it should be perfect!!
