Ambiance (5/5): cozy vibe with a good amount of seating. Service is good, giving off a family-owned store vibe.
Parking (5/5): Located in a big plaza so parking would not be a problem.
Overall it's a cute, nice place to stop by for some coffee and desserts. I'll definitely come back to try their other crepes and drinks.

The beverage was satisfactory, however, the customer service was extremely poor and requires improvement. The server did not greet me with a smile upon my arrival, and his service lacked enthusiasm. Additionally, despite today being the grand opening of the South location, which was advertised with a 25% discount on both posters and Facebook, I was informed by the server that the discount only applies to crepes and food. This was misleading as it was not specified in the advertisements, leading to customer confusion.

Crepes and coffees were great. Do not order the sausage waffle sandwich unless you are OK with hotdogs as "sausage" wish I had know that's what they call sausage before wasting money on that
My husband and I went here for an iced coffee and hot chocolate. The young man behind the counter was nice (he even sweetened it for me after I'd had a few sips) but the hot chocolate that cost $4.95 was small and looked nothing like the picture on the website. There was no whip cream, no chocolate drizzle. I could have made this boring cup of hot chocolate at home!
There is also a freezer in the dining area that was very loud and distracting. I wish we'd had a better experience as it is walking distance from the house and would have been a nice change from Tim Hortons.
