The food and drinks were okay, but the service was very disappointing. When we walked in, there was no greeting, just a quick comment that the menu was at the counter. When we asked a few questions, the response felt almost annoyed. And when we left and said goodbye, there was no reply. Overall, the experience left us pretty disappointed.

Went to the North location today for breakfast. Non-welcoming staff and the dude was more focused on his phone rather than the customers. Tried talking to him twice but he looked more interested in his phone. Never coming back.

I usually go to the south location which is always a pleasant experience. I have only visited this location twice and will not be going back. I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte; when they were making my drink I saw that they coughed without covering their mouth and with my drink in front of them. Not only did they cough once but they coughed twice. I left without getting my drink.
My spouse and I, we stopped there mid-afternoon to get a coffee. Same was good and quickly served. However, the ambiance was nil as no music… we were the only customers. The staff could have put some music or interacted to light up the ambiance.

Got a corndog and bubble tea and for $17 was a little disappointed with quality of the corn dog for sure. It was made fresh but hot dog portion was very small. Bubble tea was good but for the price just not worth it. Will be back to maybe try something else instead.

No ac in the building felt like, ordered maple cream cheese waffles there 3 little 4 to 5 inch waffles that are probably like 1/4 inch 1/8 inch thick with a little maple whip cream Didn't seem very worthy of 14 bucks wait was 30 minutes but we went there understanding there would be a wait the waiting wasn't the issue lack of food for 14 dollars

April 2025: First time coming and wanted to give a friend a gluten free option for a meal when they were craving crepes.
We came into this establishment not as they were opened, but we were the only ones in the cafe, but not their first customers ordering. So when we walked in, it smelled like crepes and it was a welcoming aroma to walk into.
Menus were not the same as what they had listed online, but it was ok because I found what I wanted on their menu in the shop and not online.
My crepe was very good as I had the homemade berries jam and a tea to go with it since I do not do any type of coffee.
