Worst food I ever ate after paying $62 and waiting for 15 min for our food. We ordered 4 big Mary spicy meals. Received all regular and even not fresh. I called the store to inform them, the employee Arshdeep Kaur took my phone. After informing her everything she didn’t gave me any solution and the cook Arman was not even sure what he made. Need to improve your service and at least have one manager in evening to help customers. Tried first time and never going back. If you guys want to waste your money and time this is the best place for that.

Well first time at Mary Brown’s the place was clean and well lit . The food was quite good . Now the bad I am amazed how workers think you make personal phone calls right next to customers and highly inappropriate I also having the call on FaceTime where is the customers privacy . Plus it is too much to ask that only the official languages of our country be used not yours while on the areas where customers are it is called professionalism not diversity is our strengthParking: Good location
We've been a big fan of this location since we moved to the north end around 8 years ago. They treated us really well at the time. That does not seem to be the case any longer.We are seeing substantially higher prices for less quantity and quality. The chicken pop-ins my brother liked to get got reduced again in size for the second time in a couple years now and is costing more.I'm sad to say the quality has dropped substantially since back then as well. Last night the Big Mary's we got for their Monday deal were a dollar more expensive each than the last time we went. The pickles were missing off the top of them. The lettuce was wilted and dark in a couple spots. The breading was flaking off and not well coated. They use a nice quality of chicken is about the only thing I can say about them.It's really disappointing to see this kind of change in a location that used to offer amazing food at very decent prices.

I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and requested to make it little spice just for taste.And They put lots lots lots of red chilly on each piece of chicken like a spray on it.Totally non eatable. Is this a way to make it spicy.i have lot of red chilly at my home.I can take a spoon of that......???? As for as I know taste of spice should be mixed inside chicken instead of throwing spoons of red chilly on it.

Mary Brown's Chicken is a fast food restaurant. It provides a variety of fried chickens, french fries, delicious salad, burgers, butter milk biscuits, etc. Food quality is good. Service is also good. Saw a floor mat at entrance folded, which is dangerous. Overall, a good restaurant to order fast food.
Ordered take out as we had our fur baby with us. So we ordered and ate in our car. Food was good as well hot. Only problem i noticed was the cashier was light on the condiments and no ketchup was put in our order.
