Went to McDonald’s to get a 10 piece mcchicken nugget meal with a side of poutine and paid the extra money just to not receive my poutine🙄😤 and didn’t even receive a receipt🤦🏻♂️. I’m done eating at McDonald’s ever because this always seems to happen. And the worker didn’t seem happy to see me and looked like she hated me for her having to do her job.

We ordered two separate orders in the drive thru, everything was paid for and we were waiting for our food, a worker named Mandeep (THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE’VE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HER!) wouldn’t give us our second order saying it’s not ours it’s the person behind us and that we need to leave. We tried explaining it was ours and to ask the other person working the drive thru. She said no and was being very mean.

I visited the drive-thru early this morning to order my usual caramel latte. Although one of their machines wasn’t working properly, the team provided exceptional customer service by offering me an upgraded coffee option right away.
The service was quick, warm, and genuinely attentive — from both the staff and the manager. They even offered me a pair of hash browns to make up for the inconvenience.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great example of excellent customer service.
Thank you, McDonald’s, for always being my favourite!

The bathrooms are not always...freshly cleaned. There is no paper towel for drying your hands. One sink, and sometimes the staff is using it to do their hair/makeup before their shift.
Convenient location, close to everything. Food is always fresh and service is always friendly.
