The order taker kept cutting me off and sending my order to the paying area without me being done. My order, it happened 3 times and switched order. Takers, worst place to ever grab a quick bite to eat. The workers don't seem like they know what they're doing. They're trying to go way too fast. And it's just a chaotic mess, avoid at all costs

**Double check your banking and receipts**
Well, after calling my bank, McDonald's Canada, and dealing with incompetence, my money was refunded.
Was charged double, showed the clerk, and manager. They both said it was wrong and said that's not how it works. They also said they don't do refunds and when shown the posted transactions, they said my bank isn't right. Not only that, they said I would have to go through my bank to get my money back... to which, my banks fraud department literally laughed.
After threatening litigation, it was "taken to upper management of McDonald's Canada". Shortly after I got a call to come get the refund.
The fact that I had to go through all this, is ridiculous at best. There wasn't any "can we make it up for all the inconvenience" or anything. Not only did we get double charged, but the salt in the wound was, our fries were old, the nuggets were old, and it was the worst meal we had ever got from there. Poor form all around.

Hire some white people that know how to speak English. Went through drive through tonight. Asked for ranch dipping sauce. Them: out of ranch. We have honey mustard. Me: ok I’ll take honey mustard. Them: we only have spicy mustard or honey dill. Me: ok I’ll take. Honey dill sauce please Got outside the city before I opened the bag to find regular ass liquid honey for dipping sauce with my chicken nuggets. Disgusted by this service.

Absolutely disappointing that a Skip order that was packaged incorrectly by a McDonalds team member won’t be replaced! How is it Skip Delivery drivers fault when they are only required to deliver the meal!
