24 hours…. Right😒 definitely not made an online order and they told me to cancel. App won’t let me cause it says they started making it. They’ve also claimed the online payment didn’t go through (another visit). So they charged us in person, saying we’d get a refund. Never did.

They made an error on my skip order and caught the mistake just a bit to late. They cakes just as skip drive away. They were quick to get my order out to me quickly.

Talked about having a Mcdonalds here for the past 15 years before it even opened. Smart placement. Typical food, typical clients. Haven't eaten at a McDonald's in over 2 years and when I came back to see the prices was shocked, just truly sad, corporate greed follows

We’ve been stopping by the McDonald’s on Exhibition Parkway a lot lately while working on a full home renovation over on 11th Ave and I just have to say, our recent visits have been fantastic!
There’s an employee named Ahmad who works the drive-thru window, and he absolutely deserves some recognition. He’s always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to see customers. His positive energy and amazing customer service truly brighten our day, especially after long hours of renovating!
Thank you, Ahmad, for making every visit for me and my family such a great experience. Keep up the awesome work! 🙌🍟☕️
At 4am, our vehicle broke down on Lewvan Ave. Waiting for a tow truck, we decided to walk here to get breakfast looking for a better morning - not realizing the dining room was open at 6am. After explaining our situation at the drive thru window to the manager and several employees, they took our order. Thank you for helping us. You made our morning way better.

Why do they constantly forget items and give old food? The food isn't edible half the time. I know 99.9% of these reviews with more than 2 stars are lying. I have been at this location a few times, it's close to home and convenient. And try as I might, the only food that is able to be consumed are cheese burgers. Old chicken, old wraps, old fries. And missing items. Constantly. Do not be fooled by other reviews, this mcdonalds should be boycotted. Edit: Only come during the day and order inside. If you come at night the service will be bad, forget half your order, and give you rotten old food. During the day, and ordering inside, you might be able to get something half edible. Wonder if the owners care to even read these.

Got an vanilla iced coffee, last time I got one here they didnt add vanilla, so this time, while in the drive thru ordering, I specifically mentioned to make sure the vanilla was in there. It was not. So I went inside, said the issue, they have me a new one, still no vanilla. And it was the manager that gave me it. So literally all of them are incompetent. Avoid this joke of a place
