Got an vanilla iced coffee, last time I got one here they didnt add vanilla, so this time, while in the drive thru ordering, I specifically mentioned to make sure the vanilla was in there. It was not. So I went inside, said the issue, they have me a new one, still no vanilla. And it was the manager that gave me it. So literally all of them are incompetent. Avoid this joke of a place

Overall the food is okay, but the team members 100 percent lied to me. I asked for ketchup in the bag, then we go and park in the reserved spot the woman then brought out our food we asked to confirm that we were given the ketchup. The woman said yes it's in the bottom of the bag. And there is none.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a XL coffee, and asked to use my coupon for a free hashbrown.
I somehow got (and paid for) 3 hashbrowns and did not get one free. This is why you hire people who at least speak English. The manager came to help and it was still messed up.
Only thing they could have screwed up worse is if they gave me the wrong size coffee.

Worst McDonald's on earth. I went through the drive through at 7:30 pm. Ordered a McChicken sandwich and a caffe frappe. Got home and the bun and chicken were both hard and dry like it was a day old. I had one bite and throw it in the garbage. The frappe cup was only 3/4 full. I have never had McDonald's food so bad. Something is very wrong with that location

I went through the drive-thru around 10:35 AM to get a coffee. A lady at the stand seemed to be in a hurry and did not communicate — she simply handed me the coffee. The lid was not secured properly, and when I picked up the cup, hot coffee spilled on me and inside my car. Really disappointed.
