Worst location i've ever seen. Completely overrun by homeless people. Food was ok, but the amount of drug user and beggers is not. Went with a group of friends, and while ordering were approached by multiple homeless people asking us to buy stuff for them. We saw multiple homeless people sleeping under tables inside. Active drug users outside. Upon leaving, a homeless man followed us from the restaurant to our car, and asked if he could fight us. We politely declined, and he started walking away, only to return and start yelling at us about some spare change he saw in our car. While he was yelling at us, we saw a security officer from McDonald's come out, and just stand there doing nothing. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Great location, great service, and the staff members were doing their job to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, the location is not the best within the city. You can see homeless people hanging in or around this location, and that's not McDonald's fault at all. The restaurant itself is clean and the food served here meets McDonald's standards. Limited wall plugs available for chargers.

Placed and order thru the app. App said its ready when i got there the girl working tonight November 14th 2025 3:40 am said “ you should cancel it we are nit taking any orders”. Like what the hell are you doing in a 24hour food chain then if you are not serving food?????

Sat in the drive through and was ignored while over 6 people were processed in the other lane before I was. Unbelievable that someone cant take the time to switch to the other intercom
No meat on burger and they totally forgot my egg McMuffin and I paid for it. Then we called and the women on the phone ignored me and said to reorder and pay for it AGAIN. This was not on my bucket list. So no I won’t be ordering from here again. Get your workers in line.

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal and almost got sick. The beef patties were stale and dry, easily noticeable before you could even taste them. Just disgusting! Don’t make the mistake to eat here if you value your health. The location inside Walmart south is great, instead, patties were juicy and fresh. Will never visit this location ever again even if I was to starve to death. Not to mention the state of the restrooms, definitely you get out with more germs than when you enter. Ah, also, the hand sanitizers aren’t working.
