We came to the drive-through. The person was like I haven’t received any order at all yet then that is not an unacceptable. Obviously we have ordered it. It took them extensive amount of time to prepare the order. It was only hot chocolate not at all recommended guys go somewhere else better you know you’ll be able to find.

I placed a drive-thru order around 3:30 in morning, and it took about 15–20 minutes, which is way too long for such a small order. I ordered a poutine and a Coke, and honestly, the poutine was the worst part of the experience. The fries were cold, the gravy wasn’t hot at all, and the taste was completely off — it didn’t taste like McDonald’s gravy. Overall, it felt poorly prepared and very disappointing, especially after waiting so long.

Worst location i've ever seen. Completely overrun by homeless people. Food was ok, but the amount of drug user and beggers is not. Went with a group of friends, and while ordering were approached by multiple homeless people asking us to buy stuff for them. We saw multiple homeless people sleeping under tables inside. Active drug users outside. Upon leaving, a homeless man followed us from the restaurant to our car, and asked if he could fight us. We politely declined, and he started walking away, only to return and start yelling at us about some spare change he saw in our car. While he was yelling at us, we saw a security officer from McDonald's come out, and just stand there doing nothing. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Great location, great service, and the staff members were doing their job to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, the location is not the best within the city. You can see homeless people hanging in or around this location, and that's not McDonald's fault at all. The restaurant itself is clean and the food served here meets McDonald's standards.
