Just visited today around 11:40 am and ordered two big mac meals. Food was so yummy and customer service was superb. Its my favourite place whenever i feel hungry.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a muffin for our toddler with our food which they gave it to people who ordered after us while our food was prepping. Then told us they were sold out of that muffin, with a shrug.

I asked for a coffee with one sugar but I was given a coffee with cream. I am unfortunately allergic to dairy and had an allergic reaction. I was still in Walmart shopping when I noticed. I went back to McDonald and inform them of the mistake. The young lady helping me asked if I wanted a new coffee. I declined due to the allergic reaction I was experiencing. The young lady walked awayand went to the back of the store, she appeared to refuse to help me further. Another employee came to assist and was confused why I wasn’t helped. The manager helped me and gave a refund. Poor service. Very disappointed!

Manager took 5min to remove an item and repeatedly said we had to pay for the item and that he couldn’t remove it.
i ordered a quarter pounder with a large fry. I waited 15 minutes for this (yes I understand it gets busy in the kitchen, I used to work at McDonald’s). but, this was after the lunch rush and it was completely dead in there. to add onto that, this was my portion of fries I got. i paid for a large and ended up getting a medium. wouldn’t recommend this mcdonalds at all

fries were very underwhelming, little to no salt, the lunch wraps were SEVERELY POORLY made and wrapped, hardly any ingredients other than the sauce and chicken. this location is very poor when it comes to handling and preparation for our food. would definitely not recommend.

Ordered 2 large teas and a smoothie tonight
Got 15 minutes down the road and opened the lid complete white. I ordered the teas with 1 milk each. Must have half a cup of milk in each large cup. Could not taste the tea at all. Was all milk. Please fix this. I will not be using this location for teas anymore.
