Ordered a big mac meal with coffee. The coffee was cold and tasted awful.The tables are always dirty. Never clean. Not suitable for a visit with family.

Welll I can say that while the service was kind and good, the food that was served to us did not taste fresh and the burgers were not at all hot or warm. The fries tasted old. The meal was a disappointment compared to the standards that McDonald's has in place for customer satisfaction. Im sorry to say but the food quality needs improvement. Thank you.

It was almost closing and clean up was taking place. The person who was sweeping just swept around the chairs instead of pulling them out to do a proper job. The first piece of paper that stuck to the floor was just left there. When you wipe tables, the cloth needs to be rinsed otherwise you are just moving the dirt around. It's obvious that the staff have not been taught how to clean properly. At other times I've been there, there are 10+ staff plus a manager and every table is messy. For goodness sake how hard would it be to assign one person each hour to clean up duties? Less smoke breaks for the manager and more attention to cleanliness. A friendly greeting from staff would go a long way too. They look as if they hate their job. In a customer service industry, customer service should be the first part of training. In the end, it comes back to management. Get someone who knows how to do that and your reviews will sky rocket. FYI if someone comes to your house, would you allow them to put their boots up on your kitchen table? Why then would you allow it in your restuarant?

My mother ordered just a fish fillet she had to pop it in the oven to cook it more I ordered two cheeseburgers regular fries and a strawberry milkshake the first Burger was room temperature cold the second Burger the Patty was cold and the Buns were burnt the fries were room temperature and I had to mix my own milkshake at home disappointment never realized McDonald's went this far downhill I'll never go back

Most of the time, they stand around for about 5 mins then make my food. Even when it’s low traffic, it still takes them 15-20 mins to get me my food, and when I receive it, the food has made me puke before, that long for food that clearly isn’t fresh, really telling of the motivation at that establishment, or lack their of.
