A real 24/7 spot — no fake hours here. The staff are attentive and patient, the chairs are super comfy, and there are plenty of charging outlets everywhere 🔌😌
It’s the kind of place where you can just sit for hours, rest, recharge (your phone and yourself), and feel absolutely at ease.

Was grabbing a midnight snack with some points as well as trying to use a coupon code with a second order, well long story short they didn't permit me to do that, I had to ask for the manager which I was initially told no because the employee was an upcoming manager and told me I was wrong, finally he called the manager over who was extremely rude but did correct the employee's mistake. Not to mention the fries were cold. I am not one to usually complain about service especially since I have had many good experiences at this McDonald's however this service was most certainly noted and I figured I would share my night experience at McDonald’s.

Terrible experience I was on the phone with my bf and the staff was extremely disrespectful and not understanding he wanted to use a coupon on the app for 2 separate orders and they refused because it was the same account and then started saying he doesn’t have enough points tho he was never paying with points. This service was extremely poor and his food wasn’t fresh either I wish I could give a 0

Not impressed ordered for my daughter I am in east end immobilized due to an injury wouldn’t take her order code as I am too far away. No one will answer calls literally could have ordered delivery to your parking lot easier than her standing in front of you with a code and me on the phone and you still won’t answer the phone.

Fries tasted funky and were unsalted. Only gave 1 sweet and sour sauce for 20 nuggets. Watered down fruitopia. Do better.
Thank you to the manager and staff at Rochdale McDonalds Regina for their quick, friendly and accurate service. I took my Kindergarteners there for the lunch part of our year end trip and the experience was wonderful.

They spit or came in my mom’s Big Mac nov26th she pulled away and there was some kind of white spit or come… I’ve been seeing videos where an skipthedishes east indian man spit it a white mans drink and he confronts him and he apologizes, another video of a white girl is eating a mcdonalds cheese burger and she pulls away from the burger some white weird look see through “cheese” (not cheese)
