I think they should stop selling coffee! Every time I order double double coffee there’s no sugar in my coffee and that has happened a couple of times! Every time they spoil my mood with their coffee!! Never coming again to this restaurant!!

The manager on duty this morning is the most rude person I've ever encountered dealing with McDonalds Stores. He hung up on my call and didn't pick the subsequent 3 calls I made after he hung up. He never knows how to resolve a dispute, he prefers to shut down complains instead of resolving it. He lacks the patient to hear a customer out, he only wants to prove himself right. An item was missed in my order at the drive thru and he didn't apologize for it or try to give it back, he simply shuts down my complain. This is the 3rd of such encounter with this same guy. McDonalds management you can do better, pls give the public sensible managers to resolve issues. Thanks.

I ordered from skip and they missed 4 items a large fry a medium fry and 2 drinks and they said they could do absolutely nothing about it. I messaged skip and called twice and was just hung up on both times. How does a company mess up That bad… this is totally embarrassing and upsetting I am going to bed hungry because half my order was missing and I just waisted $45 for nothing

We got food poisoning. I suspect the cheese burgers were left out too long and they microwaved them instead of disposing them. 3 of us got cheese burgers and 2 of us got chicken nuggets. The 3 people that had cheese burgers all got sick at the same time, meanwhile the people that got chicken nuggets did not get sick. The symptoms the 3 people had all pointed to food poisoning. Food poisoning is unacceptable, we have been hearing a lot of it across Regina. It needs to stop. Educate your managers/employees please.
