this place was utterly disgusting they didn’t use gloves and when I brought it up to them, they said that they don’t use gloves, and when I called them, they hung up on me whenever I made a complaint, and when I said something, she threw my drink on the counter and was utterly disrespectful for no apparent reason and I’m a person of colour it makes me feel very violated. me and my friends were there and they utterly disrespected us. They didn’t use gloves and they give me dirty looks as a customer it’s supposed to be a safe place and it was not.

Always quick service and orders were always correct, staff always are approchable and happy to take food orders. Food is always cooked properly and is tasty. ? Inside and outside the building has always been cleaned and staff seem to always be actively cleaning.Wheelchair accessibility: There are accessibility washrooms within the building along with access to enter the restaurant. Accessability stall is a decent size also for wheelchair access.

The employees were rude. Their ATM inside didn't work,and wouldn't try another machine. Forced me to go through drive through and then didn't acknowledge me who was the only customer inside or out, while I said at the drive through order board. When they finally did take my order, employee scowled at me while passing me my food. There was a piece of saran wrap plastic in my burger and the fries were cold.Will not support this venue again.

I recently visited McDonald's and had a great experience. The service provided by the crews and the manager was awesome. The place was very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated that they were very diligent about sanitizing the tables and keeping the counters and order counter clean. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this McDonald's 4910 Gordon Rd, Regina to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

All staff standing around in a group starting with no ambition to move to the till to help us out. Had to ask relatively loudly for someone to come to till. A little bit embarrassing.
Vegetarian options: We had ordered 2 poutines but the Fries were not at all fresh. They were so old that I couldn't chew them at all. Moreover, the employee did not handle the situation well and did not accept his mistake. We would never prefer this Mcd branch for sure. Please make sure you change the staff and serve fresh food to the customers and maintain customer service as well. Thanks
