2/3 bathroom stalls don't lock (one of them being the wheelchair accessable) and when ordered a double hamburger got one patty it's become a pattern of something going wrong with an order at this location

Kid-friendliness: There's a family area with seating for meals and activities and a large new "play" area for younger children
there is even a separate washroom so you don't have to walk across the entire restaurant to do so.

Oct 29th 2024 went to mcdonalds drive thru and was charged twice for the same meal. We paid for it at the one window and went to the next window and was told it didn't go through and when I checked my bank we got charged twice for the same meal. When we got the meal the fries were cold and greasy as if they sat there for awhile. The employees need to pay more attention to making sure the food is fresh and that they're only charging once, not twice

We really had a bad experience to this restaurant around 1:30 am September 15, we are really starving and tired from our work so we decided to buy some food from this restaurant. We decided to order at drive thru, me and my friends was not so sure what to order so we are having a had time to decide what to order, the manager on duty is the one who is taking our order . We are shocked during the time we are ordering he just told us to leave the store because he said we are not serious to order, he just assumed that we are laughing at them. They are even suggesting to us any item to order. He tried to talk to us at the window but we are so upset from what he did to us. So we just decided to leave the store and move to the other McDonalds at prince of wales to buy our food . We are so upset from the service we experienced from this restaurant. Its was so rude the manager was the one who told us to leave the store,

? Went through drivethrough 530am this morning. Ordered a breakfast burrito meal. Was like buying leftovers. The Meal wasn't even warm. Burrito stickers said prepared 7pm night befor and the hash brown was cold. Its Totally ridiculas when a person can't even get a hot fresh meal at a fast food place. The service and quality these days of fast food is pathetic. More like fast grab ur cash . Next! Lol. Wont be going back to this mcdonalds!

Need better cooks if you want better service. The ones who take there jobs seriously not the ones who don't know what they're doing. I ordered here tonight and the food was absolutely disgusting. Fries we're cold, and dry. The chicken wrap was sloppy. And falling apart once I opened up the wrapper. Don't recommend others to order from here cause clearly they make ppl waste there money on garbage food.
Very very Poor one of the worst I have ever been to,, night shift were all young teens/adults with bad attitudes,service and food. They even changed me regular price for the dollar menu!!!
