Ordered an bacon and egg mcmuffin with pancakes. Pretty straight forward order. Did not receive syrup or butter for pancakes - that has never happened at any other location. Love eating dry pancakes.

Burgers here are noticeably smaller—more like a kid’s meal compared to the Middle East. One burger might not be enough to feel full. Popular Middle Eastern items, like the Big Tasty, aren’t available. While quality and service are acceptable, the limited menu and smaller portions may disappoint international visitors.

You have to normally wait even longer when you are inside, why is it that the drive through people get to get serve faster it should just go in the order that it is order, period !
Ever since they switched from private ownership it has been getting worse. Can't even call it food anymore and the place STINKS! NO SANITATION!

I don’t wanna give this place one star if there is a anything lower than one I can give that really poor service really bad staff don’t know how to do the customer service if you are ordering something from the Drive-through they make you wait long even to just reply i was asking multiple time but they want reply back And even though if there is nobody in queue they take like more than half hour to make the order ready all the people who are working there in night shift are rude I really don’t like to complain but this is happening over and over again so want to share this

I don’t get why I bother to pay for additional anything anymore when people can’t be bothered to do their job, I paid for my burger to be customized and they gave me one of the already made wrapped burgers instead of giving me what I asked for. If you can’t do your job properly don’t do it all.

The lady at the till gave me a chocolate cheese cake mcflurry instead of a strawberry one, was very rude didn't let us finish ordering at the drive thru, and asked us if we wanted a tray for our four ice creams, after we said yes she started handing them to us one by one and didn't give us a tray lol I thought it was kind of funny but it was also rude.

McDonald’s, 924 E. Victoria Ave., Regina, Saskatchewan
What I experienced at this McDonald’s on October 8, 2025, around 6 PM was nothing short of astonishing in terms of incompetence and lack of awareness. For years, I’ve participated in the *Family Day promotion*, where Happy Meals are two dollars off every Wednesday between 5 PM and 7 PM—a promotion that has been consistently valid at other McDonald’s locations, including the one on Aurora Boulevard.
When I arrived at the Victoria Avenue drive-through to order as usual, the staff outright denied any knowledge of the promotion. I was told to pull forward and speak with the manager, who, shockingly, insisted that the offer “hasn’t existed for over a year.” That statement is completely untrue and demonstrates an alarming absence of product and promotional knowledge at this branch. It’s incredibly frustrating that both the crew and the manager were so confident in their misinformation that they made no attempt to double-check before turning away a regular customer.
For nearly nine months, I’ve purchased these Happy Meals every Wednesday without fail. Tonight, I was met with confusion, dismissal, and zero accountability. I immediately went to the Aurora Boulevard location afterward, and unsurprisingly—they honored the promotion without hesitation, as usual.
This location clearly lacks training, communication, and basic operational awareness. If this is how management handles loyal customers, it raises serious concerns about how they handle anything else. I strongly urge McDonald’s Canada to retrain the staff and leadership at this Victoria Avenue branch because their attitude and ignorance today were absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning here until significant improvements are made, and I recommend other customers do the same.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. Took my kids for ice creams and play, just to find not one but two bed bugs! One on our table, and one that was on my ice cream cup. Manager issued an apology and refund but I think a warning to the public would be better!!

I felt like a kid again at the McDonald’s PlayPlace — and yes, I’m a grown man! The moment you step in, the energy is infectious, with colorful slides, tunnels, and climbing areas that make it impossible not to have fun. I had an absolute blast running around and even “chasing” the kids through the play areas — and they loved it just as much as I did!
The staff are friendly, attentive, and make sure the space stays safe and clean, which makes the experience even better. The food is, of course, classic McDonald’s — hot, fresh, and satisfying after a good session of play.
The PlayPlace is perfect for kids to burn off energy, but it’s also a surprisingly fun place for adults to tap into their inner child. I left with a big smile, a little sore from all the running, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for fun, laughter, and a little nostalgia — it’s more than just a play area; it’s an experience!

Good food, but they need more Canada born employees because I couldn't understand what they were saying and had to tell them to repeat themselves.
