They made us wait 10 mins for 1 sausage and egg English muffin and fries, after wait9ng for the English muffin, they forgot my French fries, then we waited for them, and in the end I had no ketchup or the chance to ask for it. Its was great dripping in grease but of course it tasted ok! And I continued to taste it for 2 days!! Lol maybe I'm OCD and only notice these things, I so notice the good, I still absolutely love there strawberry milkshake, its tastiest thick frothy!!☺️

The food is really quite pathetic. The double burger is about 1/4 inch thick and is lacking in flavor. It was served cold as were the fries. Their hot fries are really good, though. There's hardly a friendly face there. Customer service is 98% for the drive-through. Those who dine in are lucky if they receive any intention. They need a mirror or a bell to carch the attention of a drive-through staff member.I go there usually for tea and muffin and because it's convenient. It wouldn't be the food and/or service.

After standing in front of the counter patiently waiting for quite some time, we asked server who was walking behind the till if we could place our order, no I'm off was the answer. She didn't approx a colleague to help us as she walked away and left the establishment.Left us standing and waiting. After we approached a server out of the kitchen our order was taken but that didn't go smoothly. The language barrier was the issue. Also to make our order ready took unnecessary long and the cooperation between three servers to full fill our order wasn't great either.
