The food here is always old and cold. The patties and fries are cold, the bun is dry, and the ketchup tastes sour. Hope they can turn this place around.

I live near this location and frequently go in and enjoy a cup pf coffee. Normally I am very pleased with the staff they are kind and even give me coupons as a regular customer, but today was not the case. I ordered my regular coffee and then I asked the same employee who served me if Mc Donald's stiff offered a free refill. The woman asks me if I brought the cup back from another day?....... WTH..... you served it to me in the last 15 minutes. That comment is very rude and discriminatory. Don't treat loyal customers this way.

Horrible restaurant. Servers seem to hate their job. Usually dirty inside. Inconsistent food, usually pretty mediocre or less. Drive through girl working night shifts was cute but I think she left. No matter how bad it is, it's close to the university, and it's open 24 hours. For that, it deserves my 5 stars. Godsend for students living in residence. Thank you kramer maccas for your service.

I visited this location late in the evening and ordered a vanilla cone. I asked for a tray to hold the cone, and the employee initially told me that such a tray doesn’t exist. After I described the item in more detail, he acknowledged it and provided the correct tray.
The employee, whose name I believe is Gusheet, was dismissive during the interaction. I understand that it was late, but that’s no excuse for being rude or misleading. When I asked if he was the manager, he claimed he was — though I happen to know that this is not the case, as he didn’t have the manager badge.
I’m sharing this feedback not to complain for the sake of it, but because I believe that respectful customer service should be maintained at all hours. I hope this is addressed appropriately.

I ordered a burger with no tomato, receipt clearly states no tomato…(no biggie, ppl make mistakes) so I kindly go to the counter, and ask for another one with no tomatoes…. She rudely said to me “well, did you say no tomatoes “, I’m like yes, showed her the receipt. They started speaking a different language and looking at me as if I’ve done something wrong…. Then I get my burger, (see picture). What a disappointing visit - DO NOT Recommend THIS LOCATION..

I get that McDonalds is a fast food place but this location is by far the worst when it comes to food. Usually when I go to McDonald’s I get their breakfast burritos and probably about 8/10 times it’s pretty good. But anytime I come to this location their burritos are ALWAYS crunchy, dry and tastes like it’s been sitting out for days. The coffee always tastes burnt and it’s just not great. Service is ok, can sometimes get someone’s attention but most times I’m just standing there waiting for someone to eventually find time to help me, but this is typical in a McDonald’s restaurant. I will say they tend to keep it clean more often than other locations and the atmosphere is quiet which is nice. Overall, because I’m there for the food, which is not good at all, this location is mediocre at best.
One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. No matter what type of day you visit it always seems to be slow. They also seem to have no rhyme or reason for the way they prioritize food orders. I ordered cheeseburgers which is one of the easiest and most simple thing on the menu and there was people five or six people behind me in line getting their orders before me. Workers are always less than friendly and very abrupt with guests. Lastly food is always thrown together like it has been slapped together in 2 seconds or chewed up.

They have some of the best nostalgic McDonald's flavour, although there are a few issues. Inside tends to be very dirty with a lot of flies during warmer months, and bathrooms are even worse. Additionally, the speakers outside in the drive-through are fairly quiet and it's hard to hear what they say sometimes. Worse yet, they tend to mishear you and give you stuff you don't want, or stuff you didn't order.
