I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but the service at this McDonald’s was honestly unacceptable. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and the attitude showed. I waited way longer than I should have for a simple order, and when I finally got my food, it was wrong AND cold. No apology, no effort to fix it properly, just handed the bag back like it was an inconvenience. The tall guy was very rude and asked me personal questions.
The restaurant itself wasn’t clean either — tables were dirty, garbage bins were overflowing, and no one seemed to care. For a place that’s supposed to be fast and consistent, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

The fan in the women’s bathroom has been broken for a year now!! I’ve told a multiple workers and I know I can’t be the only one. Fix the fan or put paper towels in for ppl to use. Gross.

Pretty quick walking in during the day coffee was just as I ordered it
This was hands-down the worst McDonald’s visit I’ve ever had. The food came out cold, soggy, and completely thrown together — my burger was missing half the toppings, the fries were limp and tasted old, and my drink was mostly ice. The staff looked miserable and acted like serving customers was an inconvenience.
The restaurant itself was dirty — tables weren’t wiped, the floor was sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing. To make it worse, my order took over 15 minutes even though it wasn’t busy, and they still managed to get it wrong.
I don’t expect fine dining from McDonald’s, but I at least expect it to be edible and clean. This location seriously needs better management and staff training. Definitely won’t be coming back.
