This location regularly falls short but today was another level. We went in for the advertised family night and was pointed to where the ‘crafting’ was set up, there was a crumbled piece of paper that looked like it had been stood on that advertised ‘crafts, games, face painting’.
We sat down at a table with a dirty party tablecloth to 2 hats and 2 printed colour sheets - this was the extent of the family night.
I had to ask for the ‘crafting materials’ and a lady came over with 5 wax crayons, 2 of them the same colour.
Later she did come back and offer to paint my son’s face. She did try but obviously had no real skill.
What I assumed was a manager came over I thought to apologise for the lack of crafting materials and games etc, she briefly spoke to my son and asked his name (which she got wrong) and spoke with the lady painting my sons face but did not offer any kind of apology.
Disappointingly, this was something my son had seen advertised and asked if we could come for a treat but it did not live up to expectations.
Just using for driving through, never been inside. Service is good

Today i went to this location and I ordered two poutine and i waited 25 minutes for my order . I don’t want to give even one star .
Its wasn’t busy at all ,just few customers. They were laughing and talking and gave me wrong order too .
I order crispy chicken and you can see in picture what i got .
I was not mad because of waiting or because they were talking. Even after that waiting still i got wrong 😑 order. Even i can see fries were ready already . But did not prepare the order .
Stopped by this McDonald’s and was served by Dilpreet. Super friendly, quick service and made my day with her great attitude. Definitely one of the nicest people working here!

Very slow service, It took forever to get food.
I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! A girl named Inayat helped me, and she was amazing — so kind, polite, and cheerful. She made my visit really pleasant. Thank you, Inayat, for your excellent service! 😊

Didn't get a picture of it, but near the end of September, I got a quarter pounder meal. Everything was fine. Until I opened the burger to see a workers hair sitting on top of my burger. Immediately making me lose my appetite and I had zero desire for eating food for about 24 hours because it's all I could see in my head, still picturing it every day.

It took over 20 minutes to get our food for curbside pick up. All they claim they would do is give a free medium fry. For a fast food chain they should be embarrassed. They were not busy like I’ve seen with steady drive thru vehicles it was very intermittent.

This restaurant took forever just to let me pay. Horrible customer service and makes their customers wait forever. i tried to get ice cream and it’s took at least 20 minutes.

The vanilla iced coffee was the worst I've ever had. FAR too sweet. I drink these all the time and have never had one this bad. The employee was also rude in the drive thru asking me if I had made an order when I was waiting to pay already

Got food late at night and came back to home to find a moth in my bag. Really disgusting
I don’t usually like mcdonald’s and I rarely visit one in saskatoon but I was visiting my niece and we decided to grab dinner here. The place was fully packed probably around 50 people mostly teenagers and I honestly expected the service to be slow or chaotic even my wife said not to go and to have dinner somewhere else but my niece was adamant and we decided to go, honestly speaking I was shocked by the speed of service and crews’ etiquettes while dealing with other customers. The guy at the front counter was handling everything at once he took our order and told us that we might have to wait for the eggs for muffins for a couple of minutes and he don’t want to serve us stale food and also to mention even a group of kids started being disrespectful and messing with the food on the counter, he stayed calm and professional the whole time. Seriously, hats off to him I don’t know his name but i think he was the manager because he was wearing a white shirt and every other staff had blue shirts and also a weird blue cloth tied around his head I’ve seen people wear similar ones in different colours might be tradition of somekind idk, but something about how he handled everything and manage to get that many order going made me think about how much we overlook people and their stories but none the less the food was fresh and hot and honestly the service felt like something out of a proper restaurant not like a typically mcd. Just wanted to say thank you for a great experience.

Redeemed points for a breakfast meal and get told I have to pay 35¢. I asked the manager why and she said the orange juice is more so I asked to change it to an iced coffee and was still an additional ¢35. Doesnt matter if it’s 35¢ or $5 - charging extra for merely a small drink (and a multi billion dollar company) is insane and I believe it’s just this location’s policy as others have not charged for those drinks in the past while redeeming points. The manager on duty was also rude too so thanks! Not coming back to this location anymore.
