Always slow service
We went there when we couldn't eat meat, so, we went for their No meat burger, it literally was a burger with another bun inside and some lettuce and a cheese slice. Such a poor experience. At least put a hash brown in side there.

I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed an order for a Medium Passionfruit Orange Guava Smoothie through the McDonald’s app and paid via Apple Pay. When I went inside to pick up my drink, a staff member (his name was possibly Hardman) told me he hadn’t received the order. After some back and forth, he finally acknowledged it but insisted I needed to pay at the counter. I explained that I had already paid through the app, but he kept saying “I don’t know” without attempting to help further or seek assistance from someone else.
When I asked him politely to check with someone who could help, he just kept repeating, “I don’t know,” which made me feel completely disregarded as a customer. At that point, I was so frustrated and asked if that meant I wouldn’t be receiving my drink, but he just continued with the same dismissive response. I eventually walked out, and as I did, he said he would cancel my order.
This experience was very disappointing, and I hope that management will provide better training to their staff to avoid situations like this in the future. This kind of rude and unhelpful behavior is not what I expect from a brand like McDonald’s.

Words cannot describe how bad all experiences have been (order, dine in, take out, drive through). As a believer I'd second chances and things can get better, it just is not possible for this location. About 15% of orders are correct (which actually may be an over estimation). We only come here to redeem items now (then one is not as frustrated when you have to double back).
The people at the ordering do not listen (presumably that's why orders are wrong) but then they show up on the bill, so the people who pack maybe don't read? This place needs a urgent clean up.

Store is closed because they are cleaning. And it's 2:30 am. If I go there at 4-5 it is still closed because they are switching. So why the sign on the door and online says 24 hours open? Is that mean for the parallel universe? Cuz I no English? Macdonald please get your shit together.

The worst mcdonalds in the city by far. Over the last few years we have been there numerous times for coffee or the occasional quick lunch and it is always sooooo slow and the product is not good. I have never had a good experience there once. I always get sent to the spots along the building to wait and it is always at least a 10 minute wait. If I am near there I will go out of my way to go to the one by costco instead as it is a very good location.

Waited at the drive through speaker for over 5 minutes while they took multiple cars in the next lane and when I said “hello” after the second car I was asked to wait as they served another. Paid then was asked to wait in curbside. I have been waiting over 10 minutes and still don’t have my food but many cars have been in and out of the drive thru. I ordered a small meal and an extra sandwich. The car infront of me is also still waiting.

Only two people in the drive thru, I am one of them. They still give me the other guys order. Thank goodness I realized and gave it back to them right away. Then when asked about my order, they seem confused as if no one remembered taking my order, when someone clearly did. It’s 7:30AM and the store is dead, why are they so confused?
