Let us order our ice cream, payed for it, then at the second window they tell us they don’t have ice cream. We get refund but they refund less then what we paid.
Got a snack wrap that wasn't wrapped, just put on the paper and tossed in the bag also received 2 spoons for 2 poutines. If you want forks you have to ask. This is a constant experience.

McDonald's north Albert Rehina is a pretty standard fast food joint. Large play structure available to keep the kids entertained. Be careful going up and down the ramp, many vehicles bottom out because they don't slow down enough.
Parking: Steep slope to enter parking lot. Lots of cars bottom out driving up and down the ramp.
Kid-friendliness: Large play area for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and entrance.
Pls always tell your staff to use hand gloves to prepare people’s meal. I just saw a guy using his bare hands to prep my food which was disgusting, I’ve warned about it twice , I went there the third time and they did it again. It made other customers behind me angry that we all had to leave … food hygiene matters
