It’s 2:00am on a Saturday night and I’m unable to enter the building. I should be able to order at the window without a scooter or vehicle as I have no other option. This is complete BS and I sure hope that you’ll fix this in the future. Whoever was working the drive thru should be ashamed of themselves. Extremely disappointed, I had money to spend at this awfully ran restaurant n

Good customer service
Worst service ever. The person working at 12:30 around on September 27. Passing Comment on my food i ordered mac-flurry with the two spoons of fudge sauce. He really passed the bad Comment. So please if your managment could work over this issue it will be really good for your store.
Thanks.

They should learn to keep there opinions to themselves and do what they are getting paid for i was there for my order and I heard them commenting on the taste I have in their own language, I was able to speak the same language so got to know what the comments were . Please be careful they might be doing with others as well

Hot coffee had no sugar in it. Iced coffee had no ice in it. Hash browns taste like they were made last year.

This McDonald’s is one of the better spots to bring kids when they need to burn off some energy. The PlayPlace is large and well-maintained, offering plenty of space for children to climb and explore. There’s also seating inside the enclosed play area, which makes it convenient for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their kids. It’s especially great for families with both fast and slow eaters — the kids who finish early can play while the others take their time. A solid choice for a family-friendly meal out.

Took our family for ice cream on Canada day. It was not very busy. We had and order for 5 mcflurrues that were ordered from the self order. Our order number was taken off the order list within one minute but our order was not coming. The workers just kept looking at us as we stood there waiting. We then happened to notice our order stub was taped to the ice cream machine but nobody was making it. After 7 minutes I called out to the manager to ask what was happening. He then made it himself saying they were very busy with ice cream orders but we had only seen 4 ice cream cones being made while we stood there. In 40 years of going to McDonald's I have never had even a hint of this kind of service.

This has to be the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been several times where it took 10 minutes to just get a coffee. Terrible to see how bad it’s become
