We rarely visit McDonalds in Regina. However, we wanted to give it the last chance, but the experience was again awful. Mess was everywhere and the staff was sitting and talking instead of cleaning. Bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned for years. After having Big Mac and McChicken, my husband and I didn't feel well. If you visit McDonalds in Europe, you will see huge difference where everything is clean and food is tasty. I haven't visited McDonalds in other Canadian cities, but I'm sure we will never come back to any of Regina's McDonalds.

Please change your night staff don't know how to take order and i have waited at drive through for 25 min and the night guy don't even understand english properly and drive through was not even busy still toke them 25 min just to give a small order shame on the night guy

I ordered Jr chicken meal with black coffee 2 sugar , reg fries.10 piece nuggets and 2 brownie cookies.......what I gotBurnt fries , white flavoured water no sugar , burnt nuggets ,and hardest a rock cookies... I'm not kidding you could use the cookies as a hammer... the Jr chicken was OK I guess... not the first time this location has screwed up either

I recently visited McDonald's and had a great experience. The service provided by the crews and the manager was awesome. The place was very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated that they were very diligent about sanitizing the tables and keeping the counters and order counter clean. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this McDonald's 4910 Gordon Rd to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

I was waiting at payment counter for 4 min while noone was inside, only drive through.No staff was coming to ask what I wanted, ( just wanted to pay my order) so I asked if anyone would willing to come and take the money by any chance?Answer, just a second...., I said I'm waiting here for 4-5 minutes now. She pulled her shoulder and made a face. So I left without paying or having anything from here.And won't be back fu..ers?
