Picked up this sad pre-made sandwich from the Local Market… I was very disappointed with the quality as I paid $7 for a single slice of meat and a hunk of cheese. I have ordered chicken strips before from their pop up and they were amazing and the dill sauce - incredible. So yes I expected more from their sandwiches…Not sure where to post this as I bought it at the Local Market but the sticker said MELD…

My wife and I stopped at Meld for lunch today. She had a lovely chicken sandwich. I had a fantastic burger that also had pulled pork and cheese in it - the server asked if I wanted it mega sized - OF COURSE! Mega sizing added a stack of crispy onions, deep fried jalapeños, and a bunch of pickled stuff. The spot is shabby chic but it is clean and bright. Highly recommended- will definitely return.

I had Meld at a wedding this past weekend. To say the food was unreal does not go far enough. The herb roasted potatoes were by far the best I have ever had. The food was hot, fresh and really tasty.It was so good that my wife and I went in the for taco platter on taco Tuesday and absolutely crushed it. The flavors were really good and the food was so fresh. We will be back.

New Favourite Taco place in Regina! My husband and I came for Taco Tuesday and had the taco platter! Do you know that feeling where you are full but you have to keep eating because the food is that good? That’s what this place provides! Good thing they let us take dessert to-go so I don’t explode ? Definitely coming back!

I might think about the breakfast at Meld for the rest of my life. My family and I have eaten here several times, and all three of us enjoyed our meals. The chilaquiles and donut breakfast sammy are especially good. The staff have always been kind, friendly, and helpful, and we love the space itself too.

Fish tacos were excellent but the burger of brisket and chorizo made a truly emotional impact on my husband. He won’t shut up about it.

We decided to expand our horizons for eating out in Regina. We went through several sources and made a list of places to try, and are now working our way through the list. Stopped in here the middle of a busy day in the city, running errands and such. The lunch special was a burger and beer combo, so we both went with that. The beer was a tallboy from the very excellent Rebellion Brewing Company, and the burger was pretty basic, served with choice of sides. The service started pretty efficiently, but kind of declined over the course of the meal. She was on the phone some, presumably with take out orders or whatever (I hope) so she wasn't paying that much attention to the people dining in. That being said, the meal was a great success, food was delicious with generous portions and attractively presented. The setting in the old bakery is perfect, with lots of big windows and natural light. We can definitely recommend the Meld, and will be back.

Just tried The Meld Neighbourhood Eatery 1377 Hamilton St. Dined on the Tex Amex skillet. Yummy! The space is funky, bright, airy with tons of live plants. Give them a try!
