Meltwich Food Co Regina (Acre 21)

I ordered chicken crispy burger, surprisingly it had two chicken nuggets and cheese in a burger bun, and they called it chicken crispy burger for $16 waoo..no chicken petite or a piece of chicken in it, ru kidding....they may call it chicken nugget burger...thats too could be for kids only..I do not recommend this place it's a waste of money, it sounds like a scam they don't know even what's a chicken burger is, other family members ordered beef burgers which were OK, overall we spent $81 at this place, but not much value for money.

We ordered some food off Uber eats from Meltwich. We've never had any issues from any other Meltwich locations but the one on Chuka was terrible. Food was ice cold and missing toppings on the burger. I'm so disappointed that I will never order from this location again. If you're thinking about getting Meltwich I'd say to order from the other 2 locations and stay away from this one. We called to complain and the lady on the phone was zero help.

I ordered burgers to be delivered as well as tater tots.
The burgers were bland, really no taste at all and the tater tots were so so.

Compare to the south location .totally different food quality so worst I never recommend anyone. Yes I recommend south location I love it food and their customer service

Decided to give this place a shot as it seemed very interesting. The interior is nice, clean and modern looking but the food was a huge disappointment. Couldn't believe when our total came to $50 for two meals. I had high expectations for what the price point was at but it was a major let down. Everything was bland and lacked flavour and just proper seasoning in general. Definitely wish I would have kept my 50 bucks. I don't mind paying that price but the food should be AMAZING for what we shelled out. Service was lacking. Staff was pretty unfriendly with not even a smile or a reply when leaving and saying thank you. Would not recommend.

why is it so expensive yet so little? My delivery driver was quick and it was hot but it was a tiny bag?? 30 dollars for a little cup that you’d normally put sauce in with a handful of poutine and a mini take out box with (what seemed to be) 2 potatoes and a hand full of cheese. I liked the concept but not the amount,price,and quality. nice forks though.

The east is TERRIBLE. I've given them multiple chances to get my food right. The workers there are careless; and thats putting it nicely. This most recent visit the worker was dressed unprofessional, showed zero enthusiasm and worked extremely slow. I watched tables of people waiting before me also wait a long time. Then when I finally received my order, the worker gave me BURNT vegan chicken strips. They were black. All you have do is put them in the oven and take them out on time. Simply neglectful. Reconsider this location.

Amazing sandwich, had the buttermilk dill sauce on the classic smoked cheddar with bacon and chicken and it was amazing.

They need to clean there grill more often or they need to clean it in general. My burger is rubbery and gross, I used to work at a restaurant and I know when the grill hasn’t been cleaned the burger is black and
