Although I do love menchie’s, sometimes the staff lack in being professional on the job especially when it’s busy. It seems like they goof off in the back. When there is a huge amount of people in the store, only one person is on the cash register, when multiple people are obviously “working.” The menu isn’t very advertised at all or at least very well on the website nor in the store, and that should definitely change especially during this time; I know it would be convenient for everyone including myself to know what’s in and what’s out, with frozen yogurts, the toppings, what flavours of bubble tea they have in and what they can make etc. As my partner and I were in and I asked for a tea that they didn’t have which I didn’t know but it said the name in the back where they keep the cakes and what not, which isn’t very convenient. Somethings do need to be fixed and updated.

The food was good, but a little expensive. Staff could definitely use some more training. The one lady didn't know if the smoothie or bubble tea had less sugar. I think staff should have a general understanding of what they are serving the public.

Thought Id take my new puppy and granddaughter for a walk and get some icecream. At first he was hesitant to let us in because of the puppy which is 3 month old french bulldog, shes small. I reassured him it was a puppy and I wasnt comfortable leaving my 6 year old granddaughter outside with the puppy and told him we would be in and out. There was one choice for the size. We wanted to get the puppy a small treat but the choice was only a large bowl. He watched us very closely which i thought was odd since I found out you pay by weight. We both just had sorbet and she had a few blueberries and a few strawberries and the puppy got a very small amount of vanilla ice cream in the large bowl. When I was paying I noticed he was filling something in the mini versions of the bowls we used and asked why I couldnt use something like that for the puppy and he informed me its not for customers. Im sure he was filling them with some sort of ice cream or sorbet for resale in the freezer on the side. I didnt like how we were treated. He had no customer service. Id never go back and wouldnt recommend. Maybe I would go back if someone else was working, they had better costumer service and would treat a grandma taking her granchild n puppy out for ice-cream on Saturday afternoon with a positive experience where we left happy and would want to come back.

Went to try the Bubble Tea & was very disappointed. I ordered the Strawberry Banana Green Tea Fusion & the Green Tea was very over powering, absolutely no fruit flavor of any kind.

They were very clean and tidy, no thanks to my party. We spilled yogurt on the floor and pulled dour massk down when preparing yogurt absent mindedly but they were nothing but patient and understanding. Plus they had cherry tart which is my favourite and I looooove the little bobba beads. It was a nice treat after a long and exhausting week. TGIF.

Choice of ice creams was really good, loved the pineapple! Lots of great toppings and so many others to add to your ice cream. Really good just can be expensive so a once in a while treat.
They have so many delicious flavours to choose from. Even a couple options for low carb diets. For value, visit on Top It Off Tuesday. For 7.95, you can go crazy and fill it as much as will physically stack inside the bowl! Red velvet and Oreo crumble is my go-tom
