Love wins. Love you Chris and cant wait to eat here
Had lunch at the restaurant this week. The service was amazing and the food was great. I had the Denver sandwich with the mushroom soup. It was large enough that I didn’t need to have a large supper.
Best diner in Regina.

Enjoyed this nostalgic diner, decor is true to the era. The attention to detail throughout is impressive. Help support this local business and plan to pay in cash. Denver was well put together with amazing brown bread. The beef stew, soup of the day, was hearty and tasty. The cheeseburger was a well grilled patty and tasty.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is great and brings you back to simpler times with their retro 1950’s diner.

OMG the tofu scramble is SO good! The hubby got the classic breakfast, also good. As someone who's not a big fan of hashbrowns, I actually love the kind here, seems to be sliced potatoes fried golden in a pan. And they have Mexican Coke in glass bottles. Also liked the hotsauce, not too spicy, lots of flavour and a bit vinegary, went perfectly with the food.
The staff was great, atmosphere was great. Love this place!

I think the food is overpriced. The drinks are overpriced also. And $3.50 for a small bowl of gravy?! The burgers and toasted bun are good. Fries are ok, but lots of end pieces.
What I really found disappointing was the cleanliness. We sat by the window, and you could see run marks down the wall. Windows are dirty. And there was lots of dead bugs, dirt and some crumpled napkins in between the window wall and the booth. Lots of dirty cords from what looked like curtain lights in the windows. The garbage outside was overfilling, bag falling inwards and wasps all over. Cute little bench outside had coffee rings on it.
The wait staff is super friendly and happy to serve. Except the lady that just bussed the tables. Not friendly at all. No smile, no thank you or you’re welcome. And when she came to take my mom’s plate, she rudely said, “You done!?”
Parking: Street parking in Cathedral is not always easy. But it is free! Bonus if spending $60+ for lunch.
