I have never been to this establishment and my first impression is that this place and staff is by far amazing. The food I had tasted really well made, the young lady who helped me was real kind and friendly, I appreciated how I was treated here and will make this a place myself, my friends and family go to.

We just went to the Mercury for the first time and it was the best diner I have ever been to. We were served by the most amazing sever Han. Sincerely, we had the best service. Fun, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. The onions rings have quickly become my new comfort food. We will be back many many times.

I’m happy to make my 1st ever post of the Mercury Cafe & Grill. I ordered a Patty Melt with fries ($19.50).
I will admit, I was a little surprised to find that my burger didn’t come between a sliced bun but rather between two pieces of toast. My dumb ass didn’t read the entire description 😂
This meal consisted of their homemade beef patty, with Swiss cheese and fried onions. At first bite, you can TASTE that it’s a home made patty. I’m impressed. Even their Swiss cheese was good quality. It was perfectly cooked to the point I was literally pulling melted cheese with every bite. Then to add onto it, you get home cut fries tossed in seasoning salt.
The ONLY gripe I had was the price. I personally feel it’s expensive for what you get.
The service was not as attentive as I would have liked but when we interacted with staff it was very pleasant. I should point out, we were 1 of about 10 tables between 2 waitresses and 1 busser.
But honestly, I highly recommend this establishment. I wouldn’t order a burger patty between toast again, but you can guarantee I’ll be back for a burger patty between a sliced bun.

The food is very good but the restaurant didn't look very clean. We were there at 9:30 for breakfast and the floor was quite dirty under our table. Also a couple of the cooks came out and their aprons were very dirty looking.

How can you bragging about your fish and chips like that and then when one tries to order, you're told you can't have it????!!!!!! OMG!!! I WAS LOOKIMG FORWARD TO TRYING IT!!! I dont live in Regina and don't work Fridays, so I guess I'll never get a chance!!! RIDICULOUS AND NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Depends who’s working. I got next to no service awhile back. I was the only one in the facility. The server was standing there chatting with another employee. I ordered food and a drink. My drink was empty for a long time. I was getting slightly irritated so got up and asked for another drink. The server got very rude to me stating they were busy with their conversation. That’s no excuse. I got quite upset and I was told to leave after I paid. I worked in the food service most of my life. I had been spending 400-500$ a month there. I took everyone there. Server was the worse ever in my 50 some years of going out often. I’ve gladly been taking ALL my business elsewhere. Never again unless this person is no longer working there.
