The molten chocolate lava cake was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with my coffee! There were two staff members on shift , one of them was exceptionally kind and provided excellent customer service. Wishing you continued success in your career!
To the other staff member: I’m not sure what you might be going through, but even a small smile can go a long way in customer service. Some of your responses came off as slightly off-putting. I believe you have the potential to do better , just a little effort can make a big difference. Keep up the great work!

The lattes we had were ok. However the place was quite dirty. Both bathrooms have broken doors handles and the doors won’t shut. It’s obvious not a recent problem because there was a mediocre fix job with a latch that does not even let the door close fully.

I wish I could give them 0 star. Horrible customer service!! The chubby girl with the blue hair clip rolled her eyes at us and got impatient almost right away when we asked her a question. I told my friend about my experience today and she said the same thing … very bad customer services. Her negative experience was with a different person, an older woman. Seems like everyone works there got an attitude. We will never come back.

Cappuccino is really good here two days in a row. Service and customers are friendly. Floors, tables, seats and windows are clean. Large open bright area with high ceilings. Maybe a good meeting place for lunch.
