Heartbroken to hear you are using chicken stock in your tofu. Please consider switching to vegetable stock. Thought this was an amazing vegetarian option. So much for "Buddha's vegetarian. What a betrayal. :(Friends had even asked before if it was vegan and only been told their was honey so it was fine.Almost every vegetarian/ vegan I know has been going here for years. Some at my own recommendation. So disappointed, what a bummer to have to stop supporting a local business I've loved for a decade.

I once asked about the ingredients in some of the stuff and I never got a straight answer. Just told me, "it's okay". No it's not when you have allergies. I've read about the ingredients in some but it needs to be detailed a lot better. The service is fast a lot of the time but ...... I just can't order from here if whoever is working doesn't tell you or show you all the ingredients.

Take out - even though it was ordered large (and charged), the noodle potion was the same as small and no sauce inside the package at all.

The skewer noodle bowl was pretty good. But the Spicy beef noodle is 6/10, the broth was not on point, taste more like Bun Bo Kho than Bun Bo Hue. Service was very kind and attentive. I would still go back.

Do not eat from here. All my food was expired. So disgusting. Got a refund from Uber Eats.

I hate to leave this review as I’ve recommended Milu’s to everyone for their wor wonton soup, BUT after this last order I won’t be returning again, even for that. I called to inquire if their noodle bowls ($14.50) came with spring rolls, as almost everywhere else in the city does, and was told no, you have to do a side order of them, 2 pieces for $4.50. Ok, put in a group pick up order but instead of my $19 bowl I was charged $24.50. I called to ask about what happened and was given the excuse of “I went on my break and someone else took your order”. Should be able to tell a side from a full order but ok, that’s just me. Not even an “I’m really sorry about that”. So $24.50 for a noodle bowl with 5 skinny spring rolls, but hey, it’s going to be delicious and worth it, right? NOPE. The spring rolls are okay but the bowl was awful, so bad I threw out all the meat. Instead of lemongrass chicken I received something that appeared to be cooked and reheated as it tasted old…and not a hint of lemongrass or any other flavour for that matter. I tried to make it edible by putting in the fish sauce, siracha and sweet chili sauce, and it improved it enough to eat a few noodles. The only pleasant thing about it was the mango, I like that they include that in the bowl. Since I was not given an apology the first time there was no point in calling again. I looked up reviews to see if something has changed and it looks like reheating meat is common for them. It’s unfortunate, because it used to be much better. Super disappointed, should have stuck with Thai Garden!

No consistency between the Prince of Wales store and the store on Victoria avenue. My basil iced tea was not the same at the Victoria avenue location as the Prince of Wales location, ingredients missing and overly sweet, doesn't taste like basil iced tea at all and was mostly filled with ice.Host was also somewhere way off in the back when I went to pick up my order.Looked like a ghost town.
