I ordered Milu’s ultimate sub and a drink. It was just shy of $20 with a tip. If this is the first “Vietnamese” sub (banh mi) you’ve ever had you would probably say it was tasty.I will say I’ve been to some of the best in Calgary and Vancouver dozens of times and this place isn’t even close to authentic. I can buy 2 subs at Banh Mi Nhu Y in Calgary for $22-24.It wasn’t horrible but what would one expect from a fusion fast food joint? For an “ultimate” sub I was expecting more meats. It had one slice of pork, a few pieces of cucumber, a pile of carrots and a sprig of cilantro.It was fast, the service was friendly, clean restaurant overall.If you are in Regina looking for Vietnamese hit up Quán Ngon instead.

Awful customer service! We just sat down to relax for a bit before ordering as we were tired but the lady cashier came up to us & told us that we should order first before grabbing a seat when there were actually no other customers waiting for seats/tables. Even when we came to the till to order, that same lady was not warm. I lost appetite to eat & to give tip. Never going to have a meal on this cafe again!

Awful fresh rolls and my lemon chicken sub was so slimy. It seems like the sauces aren't legit and have too much corn starch or thickeners in them. No taste. The fresh rolls had no basil just stuffed with romaine lettuce. My husband loved his Pho though! The staff in the back seem hard at work. The dining area was kinda clean. The front lady was not super friendly ....very mechanical/dismissive towards the the pick up delivery drivers. Do not recommend

They charge you so cents for soy sauce , which is ridiculous, when you spend 100 on the food and another 15 on tips...

Heartbroken to hear you are using chicken stock in your tofu. Please consider switching to vegetable stock. Thought this was an amazing vegetarian option. So much for "Buddha's vegetarian. What a betrayal. :(Friends had even asked before if it was vegan and only been told their was honey so it was fine.Almost every vegetarian/ vegan I know has been going here for years. Some at my own recommendation. So disappointed.Edit: not the soup broth, the tofu itself. The doordash app said "not vegan dont ask" and when the store was called they were informed there is chicken broth used in the tofu preparation. Unless the staff weren't properly informed.

If it wasn’t for the rude, ignorant staff working here I would give it 5 stars because I do enjoy the food and the atmosphere is pretty good also. I prefer to go to Victoria east location because they are always friendly, not the same at this location so I will likely never return!

If you’re craving Vietnamese pho or fresh rolls, this place is a solid choice. A little pricey for what you get, but these are the times we’re living in. I ordered the lemongrass chicken & it was really good. Cute shop front & decent service. Not five star but definitely worth it.
Poor customer service!Just went there tonight, ordered 4 smoothies and it took me almost 30min to have my order. Their food is okay but the service tonight was so poor and what pissed me more was the impolite girl who prepared my order stopped a nice lady who tried to help her make it faster. She didn't even apologize but instead tried to justify of her being so slow. Even challenged me to complain, so here it is girl! You need to step up, and work on your customer service delivery especially on your attitude!!

This is our third time coming here for dine in and they have messed up our order each time. We ordered two pho, even charged us for two and only brought one and then blamed us that we ordered one. Showed receipt showing two. Charged us extra for the bubble tea toppings but never got any toppings. Food is good but service is pathetic.

Big nope!! Ordered for take out, 1 chicken vermicelli bowl and 1 rare beef pho. The food was really bad. tasted like left over food for weeks. The pho broth tasted like water and chicken powder. The vermicelli bowl was even worse, chicken tasted like leftover chicken mixed with rotten gravy (The only bonus for the vermicelli was that it had a small bug for those who want extra protein). Never order again. Worst restaurant in Regina. i wish i could put negative stars. Might need to go to the hospital after eating these foods:).
