When the food is good, it is REALLY good. However, the recipes are inconsistent, the ingredients change and it's always one poor soul working on their own. This is dangerous for the worker alone in the event of an emergency or medical issue. Should be a manager on site role modelling for the business and employees. The girl whos normally working is very sweet and is doing the absolute best that she can. Wait times are really high, normally a 25 to 30 min wait, if you come to eat together you will be eating separately. Lately, the ingredients are not fresh so it would seem rather than maybe have more help to assist the one cashier and food prepper to cook fresh ingredients. It is now frozen ingredients in your salad and pre-cooked protein being microwaved. Seems hugely like a management failure sadly.

I've come here a few timez and every time the food just absolutely slaps! The Thai peanut sauce is just absolutely 👌🏻 The service can be a bit slow at times which is fine. However, today a coworker and I visited for lunch. I had ordered a salad and she had ordered a wrap. There was a new staff working and I'm assuming a more experienced staff standing next to her or near her. My girlfriend and I were there for over 30 minutes waiting on our wrap and salad as the new staff took our orders prep the food all by herself while being watched by the other staff. Both of us ladies had also noticed that this more experienced staff was peeking at us through the stove top, as she would walk by and through the kitchen entrance. We were both really thrown off by this behavior as we were just sitting quietly waiting for our food.
I do believe that if the new staff had some support our order would have been complete in a more timely matter . And maybe that new staff would leave her first day today feeling a little bit more confident .
The food is amazing but it would be really great to see a little bit more teamwork and some better overall staff morale.

thank you for the yummy strawberry peanut butter overnight oats.
I'm lactose intolerant and the staff prepared my breakfast without milk. friendly staff very welcoming, strawberries where fresh, just the amount of peanut butter. I will be back. see photo

We arrived at 8:57 PM, just three minutes before the 9:00 PM closing time, but found the door locked. The staff, who were cleaning, didn't open the door for us. It was disappointing, especially with a toddler in tow.

I'm terribly disappointed at the owner. The menu at first looked wonderful so I came to try and the girl who is all alone barely speaks the language and literally has to do everything on her own. She prepared my salad without washing the vegetables and wasn't wearing gloves, she was also reading how to prepare it. This is absolutely not her fault, I actually feel for her. Not coming back and hope the owner reads this message.

Use to like this place a lot but unfortunately the last time I was here I ordered an egg wrap and the bacon was cold and very undercooked. I didn't eat it. Please do not eat anything with bacon here since it is unsafe to eat undercooked pork. However their overnight oats are great, so I would recommend that. The staff are very nice.

I wanted to email this but their website doesn't work. I also wanted to tell them in person but the staff were in the back and there was another patron there anyway so I didn't want to seem rude.

Really had a good and healthy meal. Staff very nice and helpful with my choices. Helen in particular was very professional and helpful. Service was exceptional. Definitely coming back.

Can y’all update your online ordering menus instead of scuffing my orders? Like giving me something completely different or half a drink when photos show full?

This was a regular lunch spot for us. Went today and it was disgusting. Ordered an egg wrap that had no egg. Also a rice bowl with all the skin from cooking the rice included. Also the chicken was microwaved so much it was rock hard and could not be stuck by a fork. Threw food away as could not eat it. This is under new ownership and the amazing lady who ran this before is no longer there. Another Regina gem gone.

I’ve ordered lots from these guys. Over the last couple months they have gone down hill significantly. I’m getting crappy smoothies, missing items in my order and today I got someone else’s order entirely from what I can tell. I likely won’t be ordering from this establishment again. I generally give people the benefit of the doubt but it’s clear to me they no longer care about what they’re pumping out of the kitchen. This was supposed to be an egg wrap, twisted classics egg to be exact. This is what I received, less than a quarter of an entire egg, 16 pieces of corn, and some sauce. I was missing the smoothie I ordered and milk for my oatmeal.
