Excellent veg rolls carrot and onion tempura, and the AAC (asparagus, avocado, cucucumber), and pickled radish. Excellent customer service and staff!!
An all you can eat sushi experience.
The space is slightly older, but still clean. Small parking lot out front compared to number of available seating.
They have a cool area at the back end where you can sit on the floor for a more authentic experience (there’s holes in the floor for your legs so you don’t need to sit on your knees or cross legged).
You’re given a paper menu where you check off what you’d like (numbers to indicate how many servings you want of each. Be mindful that rolls and shareable come as numerous portions already). You can order up to three separate times. They have laminated menus on the table for you to refer to. Some items are lacking description though so it can be a barrier if you’re picky or not super adventurous to just try something without knowing what’s in it.
Food comes out as it’s prepared so you don’t get it all at once, it’s just constantly being delivered and plates taken away. It’s a quick turn around from the order being placed to items coming out.
For the sushi- they had a decent rice to content ratio so you aren’t feeling jipped on quality. Portion sizes are small to prevent food wasting but that’s why you can order more than once. Unfortunately it’s also how you get full fast and don’t get to indulge unless you want to feel overly full on the way out.
Prices were affordable for the fact it’s all you can eat.
I didn’t have the best time as I wasn’t alone and didn’t get to pick the items I normally prefer. However the food was good and id definitely return and recommend it to others if they inquired.
Next time will be better !
Nice little hole in the wall place with good food. Staff are chill 🤙
Loved the all-you-can-eat experience! Especially enjoyed the rainbow rolls and sashimi — so fresh and tasty. Friendly staff and great service with the new management. I’ll definitely be back!
Best food, staff are efficient and friendly, 5 stars
good food, great chef.. so japanize
Sushi is our daughter’s favourite and they made her feel extra special on her birthday. Every bite of our meal was delicious and the server was very attentive.
Delicious food and amazing service.Very affordable price and the staff are very nice. The place is very clean. We will definitely go back and do not hesitate to recommend.
Miso Ya offers tasty Japanese and Korean food. The sushi is fresh, and the Korean dishes are flavorful. Portions are small, so you can try different items. Prices are fair, and the service is friendly. It’s a great spot for a casual meal if you enjoy both cuisines.
I currently live in BC and when I visit my family, I have always made it a priority to go to Miso Ya with them. I went today and it was awful. They originally had one sushi chef preparing the rolls and then another guy joined them. They also only had one server. Despite even having two chefs, each round of rolls (we just did 2) took at least 25 minutes to prepare. I ended up leaving before the second round of sushi came because I had an appointment. Meanwhile, I was already there for an hour. The presentation of the rolls looked good but most rolls didn't taste fresh. The meat in the rolls tasted old and were hard. The deep fried chicken and sweet and sour pork were over cooked and very small. We also didn't recieve the sauce for the deep fried chicken. The gyoza was good.
I've never had a bad experience and I go there as often as I can. Maybe this is a one off...

If you are looking for top quality sushi where every aspect of the experience is perfect, look no further than Miso Regina. The food was delicious. The service was fast, the server was kind. The presentation of the food was amazing. Every bite was heaven. My family loves going here, and we will be back soon.
Superb service! Highly recommend the tempura!
The ambience of the place and the variety of food that Misoya offer resembles the experience similar in Japan. With the taste of karaoke in between, I highly recommend that you visit the place. Kuya Audi
The avocado was overly sour, possibly soaked in lemon juice or spoiled. The rice lacked firmness and had an unpleasantly sour taste. We requested a gluten-free order, but due to potential cross-contamination, my gluten-intolerant companion had to rush to the washroom after just a few bites. Overall, the quality was very poor.
