This is a great spot for a quiet meeting with your business partner or your lover the owner was very nice and conversation was easy. The soup and sandwich lunch was a very good portion and well prepared

Customer service is exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The staff make you feel right at home, always happy to share recommendations or simply chat about the day’s offerings. It’s clear they care just as much about the experience as they do the food and coffee.

I had a delightful surprise today when I visited Momentum to pick up lemon bars I had ordered for Easter. Such a delightful way to spend 2 hours, which is how long I chose to sit and savour some peace quiet in the sunshine of the atrium as people came and went around me, buying their lunch, meeting a friend or collecting special lemon orders from the Momentum Cafe. It's not like any other place in Regina that I can think of. You just need to go there and feel the feeling of quiet with a peaceful energy. Just take in the environment, the plants, and look outside and think or not think. I wanted to take it all in after a day of running errands in all parts of the city...nothing too demanding at all but it was nice to sit and people-watch and observe the busy, dedicated people working at the Cafe, greeting people graciously and chatting, preparing food and putting finishing touches on cakes for the Easter weekend. I enjoyed their last bowl of curry lentil soup, and it was so good. The cinnamon bun I took home for my husband was eaten quite fast and I told him he was lucky to see it at all. He said it was very good. I liked sitting in that atrium and blending into the background but seeing so much. Parking was close by and have some toonies handy for the meter. The Momentum is in the big building on the University of Regina grounds with the huge disc on it's roof, just off the Parkway. It's ridiculous that it took me so long to visit this cafe, but now that I have, I would like to return. Maybe next week. The menu has a selection that is chosen with thought and creativity. A soup or two. Interesting sandwiches. Sweets. Baking. All freshly made. Other things that I can't recall. Great place to have a leisurely lunch with a friend. I hear the coffee is very good and I'll have that next time...excellent coffee is always my goal. Thank you to CJ Katz for bringing a place like this to our city. Thank you to the staff who make a customer want to return.

Was looking for a soup & sandwich cafe, and this place fit the bill! The “lunchbox special” provided a soup or salad, cookie and wrap/sandwich for less than $20. There was a weekly menu, with different daily specials. The food and drinks were very good & fresh. The meal was ready is 5-10 minutes.

If you are looking for a nice chill atmosphere to meet with a friend to get a delicious bite of deserts, soup, sandwich, or salad this is definitely the place to go. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. The unique menu is just what you need. I love ❤️ going there when I have a unique craving.

High prices, small portions, and generally pretty slow unless you can get there very early. Won't lie some items are very good, but have yet to have a mocha that has any flavor beyond coffee.

I have wanted to try Momentum Cafe for a long time and finally had the opportunity today. It was fantastic!! Often, in my experience, the best looking cakes and pastries are disappointing when eaten. The pumpkin cake today was gorgeous, and it tasted even better than it looked!!

I really wanted to love this place but staff were so unfriendly. I went to pick up my Too Good To Go. I was not greeted. The red head in the profile photo walked out from the back area, walked by me to the cashier and asked them to wait on me. The cashier was friendly once I got service. I said I am here to pick up my TGTG. The woman in blue apron said I will get it to him. She passed by me again, went to back and got my stuff, came out, I am in her straight line of sight, no eye contact, no comment, nothing. I took my package, said thank you, paused and got zero response. I chatted with a neighbour who gets TGTG from this cafe and said she had similar experiences with the same individual. A very unwelcoming environment! Sadly I will not be returning.

One of the best lunch options in Regina. The food is consistently great. You can get their (awesome) breakfast sandwich for less than $10, or spend a bit more for their excellent salads and lunch boxes.Fresh ingredients, great flavours, and a thoughtful range of options. 100% recommended.

I had the Peppermint matcha latte and it was delicious. They make the matcha traditionally. The atmosphere is amazing and people are lovely.

Very polite staff, coffee ☕️ is dark and delicious, the cream cheese brownie was so moist and tasty. Couldn't wait to try, didn't disappoint.

Discovered Momentum today on a visit to Regina. Delicious mocha but the maple bacon donut- oh my, wishing I wouldn’t have got only one to share! Delish!! I’ll be back!
