First off part of our food was burnt. As long as we have been coming to the north Regina location 4 years at least we come there when we are in city. But lately not happy service us poor and as in picture food is burnt and all we get is an apology of a free appetizer that expires within a week no discount nothing no apology what is happening in this location. So sad love the place but not happy with our service this time we are in every 2 weeks and this card expires before we get a chance to use it we drive 1 and 1/2 hours to city when we go. Hope this gets fixed.

The service and food was amazing. Our server bessy was very good. Kept coming back to check in and to see if we needed anything.
The service was not up to par. We had reservations for 5:15pm, we're told when we arrived there was no reservations, and they seated us wherever they had a table. After inquiring, they did end up finding our reservation and on the reservation, we had also added that we were there for a special occasion, to celebrate New Year's early and there was two January birthdays we were there to celebrate, nothing was ever asked about that. In total, it took us about an hour and a half to place our appetizer order get a drink and have our food arrive once our food arrived., We had to wait for an order of mushrooms which were ordered for one of the meals with a steak for about 15 minutes. Never received extra napkins that we asked for never receive plates to put our wings on as the appetizer never even got asked at the end to box up our food that was left, we ended up wrapping it in the paper that it came. when it came to our Bill, we had to actually go to the hostess to find somebody to bring our bill to us as we waited for about 40 minutes. In total, we were at the restaurant till almost 8 PM because of these delays named above, the restaurant was fairly busy, but that does not mean the customer should suffer because staffing wasn't up to par. If you can't accommodate all the people that were there then you have to close tables to handle what you have for staff.
