Service was very poor. Food was subpar. Our waitress served people who were seated after us first. I've been to a few montanas in different parts of saskatchewan. This one is hands down worth skipping.

Me and my boyfriend came in tonight and the food was amazing but the customer service was very shocking. We were ignored and I even tried asking a girl for some takeout containers and she literally turned her head away from me and continued walking. She also slammed the table settings on the tables beside us making us feel like we made her angry for no reason. She said to us when we got there that they're closing at 8 and she looked like she wanted us to leave so that she could go home early. I work in retail and I have to always be available for customers so that they feel welcomed but I didn't feel that at Montanas.Was really upset that I couldn't get simple customer service.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the subpar experience at Montanas on Valentine's Day. After meticulously planning our evening and making reservations through OpenTable, we were shocked to find out upon arrival that Montanas doesn't honor reservations on this special occasion. Despite our efforts to secure a table in advance, we were turned away at the door, leaving us feeling utterly let down and disrespected.Adding insult to injury, the staff displayed a shocking level of apathy and unhelpfulness. Instead of offering solutions or showing empathy towards our situation, they seemed indifferent to our concerns.The disappointment of not being able to celebrate Valentine's Day as planned, coupled with the unprofessionalism and inefficiency displayed by Montanas' staff, left a sour taste in our mouths. As loyal patrons, we expected better treatment and service. Sadly, this experience has left us questioning whether we'll ever return to Montanas in the future. It's truly disheartening when a once-beloved establishment fails to live up to expectations.

Sent chicken tacos back as the sauce was in them not on the side so didn’t eat anything in the first plate got a second plate and was charged for both plates yet we could only eat the one as the other was taken away. Won’t come back again if I’m getting charged for it I want to keep it can bring it home and somone else could have ate it

The food was excellent and we enjoyed every bit of it!???Our server, Zarina, took our meal orders and got them to us in a timely manner. Zarina was very friendly, often interacting with our group as customers. Zarina frequently stopped to ask if everything was OK or if we needed anything else (refills, etc), ensuring we were having a great dinner/time. Zarina had a great attitude, was quite cheerful and well-mannered. We were very satisfied to have Zarina as our server and honestly wish all servers were like her! (wishful thinking!?)
