The absolute worst management at this location. I know someone who worked for them and the manager refused to pay for training hours (which is the Saskatchewan labour law to do so). The manager also would not post a schedule in advance but rather text to have the worker work the next day or set of days (which posting a schedule at least 1 week in advance is also required according to the Saskatchewan labour law). When confronted about these requirements, the manger stated, “I do not pay for training hours” and then proceeded to cut their hours and also stated to the worker, “Maybe I made a mistake hiring you”. VERY unprofessional and rude. Do not work here. Do not eat here. Subpar food anyways, Subway is better!!

His restaurant doesn’t clean their tools properly and he claims that just got off the phone with the manager after they claim that that’s why there was unknown substances on my sub that I ordered tonight through SkipTheDishes. I definitely would not recommend ordering from there because they don’t clean anything. Their words not mine and their excuse was because they were busy. Definitely not a good restaurant. I’m surprised they’re still in business. I think I’m gonna contact the health inspector now.

There is a very kind lady who works at this location, everytime I come in she is always very accommodating! She makes subs efficiently and makes sure it is exactly as you order it. Not only that, but her customer service skills are amazing! Five stars just for this young woman!

I am so digusted with the large assorted sub I ordered, I'm leaving a review. There is only 2 meat toppings, ham and salami, the cheese is cut into triangles and spaced apart. There were 2 1/2 sliced cucumbers on a half sub. The tomatoes were finely diced, there were 5 tiny pieces. The green pepper was sliced very finely and there was 1 long piece. There was hardly any lettuce. You know its not good when there's nothing coming out the sides and it just fits perfectly together. Hardly any sauce on it. I had never ordered from this location and I never will. I have eaten from a lot of locations and have never had an awful sub.

When I visited, I was treated by a very kind young lady. She was very professional and was very efficient! She was very personable and made my sub exactly how I asked. The sub was delicious. Will definitely come again!
It was gross. The guy also charged me extra for cheese for the first time at a Mr Sub. The claim was that specialty subs didn’t include it. The soup was cold, the sub materials were questionable and some tasted like they were turning. The guy sprayed the panini press full of enough grease I could smell the oil the whole time as opposed to my sandwich. As per the recent reviews - I would run. I’m not going back. I don’t want a refund I just hope I don’t get sick. Something is going wrong with this location.

Stopped in for supper between 6:30 - 7pm. Young lady (no name tag) was busy preparing a large delivery order, but was very courteous and apologetic for making us wait.. She was very polite, excellent customer service!!

Have been eating at this location for 20 years. It was consistent until the last year. Today we ordered a wrap and two subs at lunchtime. Caesar wrap with extra bacon. I had a bite and it was just tortilla. Second bite the same. I unrolled it and counted 7 pieces of chicken and 2 bacon. Extra bacon did not happen lol. The subs were all bread and no topping. It seemed like they spread the usual amount of chicken over two subs and a wrap. $50 for 1.5 sandwiches is disgusting and insulting. Never again will my family eat at your fraudulent sub shop.

I'm going to need an explanation for the behavior my wife was just put through at this location 10mins ago.We choose this location close to home and prefer to give our business and money to Mr sub rather then going across the street to Subway.However.You have a employee there who should be fired.He was aggressive when questioned as to why he was taking toppings that were all mixed together and throwing them back into bins for the next customers.Toppings that had touched meat etc.He pointed his finger and told her "listen lady" multiple times while using an aggressive tone and body language with his angry eyes. I can assure you he's lucky I was not there.Disgusting treatment of a woman.
