I came to the store a week ago in the evening. The girl working alone was very hardworking and knows what she is doing. most trained and well behaved mannered girl. Everything was on point, veggies are on point, their service is great. I had spicy breaded chicken , you must try it and thank me later.

I came to this store for the very first time and the sub was very delicious plus all the veggies were fresh too. A young lady who made my sandwich had a smile on her face and she did a good job too. Thanks for your great service.

Walked into the building and there was no staff available to serve. No response to a call into the back. Counter had some food sitting out, and knives on the countertop. Left without anyone speaking to us.

If the "owner" is going to substitute a special that is sold out for the day, then why use a plain cheap Assorted Sub as the substitute??Kinda defeats the whole purpose of the special of the day, and doesn't make up for the mistake either.Not the first time this has happened there...wondering if there is more to it.
I just left... I'm not sure if I'm used to living in BC but that was the most angry service worker I have ever met. I will not ever go back not because of the food but the employee on shift was so mad!!!!!

it was awful the assorted sun or bun on the sun tasted like cardboard. such a downhill taste from years ago! defiantly something has changed ??? never will eat there again !
