Got a pizza sub today, the lady working didn’t seem like she cared to be there at all. She was very stingy on toppings, and the whole process seemed backwards. Putting everything on including the vegetables and then nuking it in the microwave. From the looks of other reviews, the employees being unfriendly seems to be a trend. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

TERRIBLE. If I could give ZERO Stars I would. Older man was working; he was VERY RUDE to me from the start as soon as I walked-in to the location. IGNORANT. I was going to order x3 Large Subs, chips, drinks & I had 1 Coupon to use. He was rude but then annoyed & disgruntled I was going to use a Mr. Sub Coupon that was emailed to me (from Mr. Sub.) His entire demeanour was borderline verbally abusive to me … I told him he was being very rude to me & he denied it, tried to deflect it & gaslight me. I walked out of there (without purchasing anything); I told him he was incredibly rude, I would never be back to this location & that he lost a Customer because of his terrible customer service & attitude. NEVER AGAIN.

I went in to go get my free sub and the lady was very rude cause it wasn’t giving me the option to order it. Then she put three pieces of turkey on it and very little toppings. She made me wait while she made 6 other subs when mine was supposed to be next. This is the second time I have come to this one and had nothing but issues, I will not return to this one again.

I ordered a sandwich, only to be given the wrong item. As I settled in to eat, one of the staff members abruptly approached, took the still-unopened food from my table, declared it wasn’t mine, and walked away without so much as an apology. The handling of the situation was notably unprofessional. What could have been a pleasant meal was entirely marred by the rude and discourteous behaviour of the staff.

From what little meat I tasted, I think it was good..12" samdwich had maybe two teaspoons of meat on it..wont recommend or return...
Ordered a pizza sub , the guy puts on very minimal green peppers and onions ( like maybe 6 each) I ask for more and he puts on maybe 3 or 4 more . I told him I like lots of veggies and that's when he gets rude and raises his voice at me and says no that's enough. He then was angry putting the pizza sauce on so that's when I told him I will go somewhere else . Went to South Albert sub . Lady there was very polite and gracefully gave me all the veggies I asked for. Vic east sub needs to learn about customer satisfaction. I will never visit there again.

Decent sub minus the fact it was literally soup. I have never had a sub drenched so much in sub sauce I almost needed a fork to eat it. It wasn’t even a time difference of 5 minutes from when I ordered to when I sat down to eat and the entire bottom half of the bun is mush. I even kept it as level as possible. My dad who ordered a large sub asked for less sauce and told the woman making the subs to stop and she just kept adding more sauce. I don’t recommend coming here. It was not an enjoyable experience.

The Sub was more then fine. Evil and rude foreigner making the sub, when I asked for extra jalepenos she said that’ll cost extra BUDDY, I had hundreds of subs from Mr Sub and Subway and this was first time told not only that it would be extra but very rudely.
