I've had a frustrating experience with this place three times this month. Every time I call to place an order, they claim to be closing an hour early, and more often than not, they say they're not taking take-out orders. They're rarely open, and even then, they usually refuse to take orders. The food is good, but they need to work on their customer service and consistency.

Had a great experience at restaurant with tasty food. The amritsari kulcha was great and drink (mango lassi ) with it was superb. I would recommend everyone to visit or order food from the restaurant. Really appreciate the food.

I am not satisfied with the food and service, I ordered chicken biryani, and because they are out of stock, they refund my money. There is no point in refunding 1 item if they will only deliver me just raita and tea. This is funny. I called them, and they said they were out of stocks. Now the option in goat biryani I take it and I said mild but the give me super spicy I want my money back. This is not acceptable. How can I eat spicy like this. Service isn't good. If it is out of stocks they should place out of stock on the menu or remove it so that customer won't hope that they have the menu they want.

Very bad experience. Will not suggest anybody. Took long time. I just order pranthas which has no butter so dry and no salt and pepper in that ( tasteless). Salt and pepper were missing on tables and no napkins. I ordered Curd which was not complimentary and they raita with veges instead. I have to ask them for butter. They did not serve it along pranthas. They are charging money but don’t know how to serve items accurately. Zero customer service. Will never go again here and will not suggest others too.

I placed an order through Uber from this restaurant 4 hours prior to the delivery time so they have enough time. Later it showed the restaurant was preparing my order and 25 minutes before the delivery time the restaurant cancelled my order. They could have cancelled it way before if they can't process mine. Too bad they treat their customers like this
