Coffee was too weak. Cinnamon buns are lacking. They used to be the best, now they have hardly any cinnamon filling, Just a sprinkle inside and a small amount of the syrup on the bottom. Very disappointed.

2nd time my family and I have ate here and the food is always exceptional. The price is extremely low for the quality of food and service. The lentil soup is 10/10

The staff was very friendly, but the coffee was weak and the eggs on my skillet were over cooked.

Our family had just come from a loved ones funeral. We had booked a room at another restaurant but ended up having to leave. Nickys got us a private room. Their waitress was the only one working (it was during slow hours). Not only was the food great but her service was exceptional. She turned a sad day into an experience my family all needed. Thank you to the staff of Nickys Cafe last Saturday! We are eternally grateful ??Vegetarian options: My cousins are vegetarian and enjoyed the options here!

Walked in this morning around 7:30 took my jacket off and waited to be seated. I stood there like a garden rake. One cashier tending to someone for a Take Out order. One table already eating. One more table waiting to order. That was how slow it was. Two waitresses standing at the back bar gossiping. One of them seen me standing waiting. The chef running back and forth from the kitchen to the waitresses. I finally turned and put my jacket back on and left. Pretty lax service for an empty restaurant. My wife and I would drive out to Emerald Park lots to support your other restaurant until it closed. You should really be on your toes before this one closes too. After the last couple years with government control you should be welcoming customers with open arms. Lots of other businesses looking for patrons. I'll keep looking. Good luck in future business.

That side room is a great venue for a private gathering or fundraiser. The staff were also courteous and upbeat.
