If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered a cake on their website for after a funeral and went to pick it up with my order confirmation number and online receipt and they inform us they dont accept online orders. Even though on their website it let's you add to cart and check out and gives you a confirmation number.
Staff were not apologetic at all and acted like we should have known they dont take online orders, when again, ITS ON THEIR WEBSITE.
Will never be buying from here again. Super disappointed in the lack of customer service, and even empathy. Left us scrambling and unable to find what we wanted.

Adding another review because even a year later I am still very upset about this situation and no one has reached out to even apologize. I ordered two cakes for my very casual wedding one of the cakes was perfect, the other one was absolutely NOT the cake we ordered. When we picked up the cakes my husband went back in and told them and they didn’t seem to care they just offered to take the cherries off the strawberry cake and add strawberries to the top of the cake. I’ll add photos the first cake will be the cake from the website I ordered and the second will be the cake we received.
