We stopped in for lunch yesterday. We were greeted, and seated by the same young man who was our server. He was friendly and efficient. We aĺ ordered burgers. I ordered the ACE burger, on arrival the food was hot, and I need to add the ACE burger is HUGE! It was delicious. I think the price $21.95 reflects the quality and quantity. All in all, great food, and service. The atmosphere was nice, the restaurant was clean with nice decor, and the bathroom was very clean. A great experience, and we were in and out in an hour.

I ordered from Original Joe's via Doordash in November to the tune of around $80. The meal was wonderful and would have warranted five stars, were it not for Doordash messing up and refusing to take appropriate responsibility. It was my first DD order, so I was supposed to get a discount code for 40% off, which was literally the only reason I was ordering via Doordash, having heard pretty terrible things about them previously but thinking everyone deserves a chance. The discount wasn't honoured and I was offered $13 in credits as a resolution, despite my telling them that I never plan to order from them again because of all the trouble. By my calculations, 40% off my order -- before taxes and delivery and so forth -- would be around $32. I realize this is the Original Joe's review section, but I think you should know what your drivers and delivery services are doing to your customers. I don't drive, so delivery is my only option. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from Original Joe's again, after being a customer for many years in Calgary, as Doordash was my last hope for a delivery service that isn't a rip-off.

I had heard a lot of great things about Original Joe’s, especially regarding their professional burgers. My experience, however, was simply an ordinary one—just a simple burger with above average quality. My expectations were much higher. I liked the atmosphere. I might have planned to visit again, but when the server pulled the plate away from the table in front of me while I was still eating, it completely changed my mind. I was extremely surprised, and I recommend that management pay more attention to staff training. A professional staff member should not treat customers differently. It shouldn’t matter what I ordered. I came there to have an enjoyable time, not just to eat and leave.
Overall, if I want to rate the restaurant, I would give the food 3 out of 5, the customer service 1.5 out of 5 , and the atmosphere 4 out of 5.

Our waitress was very attentive without always asking if you needed. Dinner came and was great combination of presentation and great taste. While dinner was while a sporting game the restaurant was not busy I appreciated the quality of our experience.
Wanted to try this place for a while, but left disappointed. Small portions, burger was delicious, but service was ridiculously slow & poor & fries were rock hard & over done.
