Very disappointed where we seated, as there was no overhead lighting and was very dark, as apparently there was a problem with the lights above us

We had a great time the service was a little slow but overall very good server was pleasant and smiled a lot menu was limited but food was excellent it was fairly noisy but primarily due to proximity of a larger group that was drinking more then eating all in all a good experience and we enjoyed ourselves

Our group goes to Original Joe's regularly. We like everything about it, espesially the food and we plan to continue going from time to time.

Was seated after arriving with reservation. Immediately notice that all tables including mine had glasses of still water pre-poured. In this day and age, leaving a customers glass/beverage unattended is not acceptable. Why would anyone drink from a glass of water just left there unattended? Clocked it, and was 15 mins without any staff even looking at us, let alone greet, introduction, etc. We had to flag a server down who willing to walk past us yet again. She did apologize, and our food was delivered promptly to make up for the initial poor service. Food was so-so, and could be made at home for about $7-8. My Guinness beer was off, either bad keg or really bad bartender pour. This visit reminded me why I rarely go out to chain restaurants.

Anytime my co-workers and I have eaten here, it has always been good food. We usually do more pickup orders than dine-in generally, but I have never had to phone back or complain numerous times because I have not received something from my meal that comes with and was ordered or anything I paid for. Some places can't get the order right and can't bag a proper meal, as easy as that may sound. The food quality and quantity has always been good. There's nothing to complain about. It is an excellent go-to.
