Ordered a half cheese half chicken club no tomatoes... Once I picked it up found there were tomatoes on it..They then remade the pizza however they made it a full chicken club without tomatoes, used to be really good but it seems like they don't know how to read tickets anymore.I'm officially boycotting panago pizza.I think we all know what the issue is...

Pretty disappointed.. We used to get Panago all the time and were looking forward to eating it again. We were so disappointed… we ordered an original crust and it was so thin!! The cheese wasn’t fully melted and was chunky in some spots. I’m not sure if this is due to recipe changes in the last couple of years… but we won’t be ordering again unfortunately!

very pricey pizza...especially since it was cold when opened upon delivery. I was told delivery would be in 45 minutes..I called back after waiting an hour with no food..I was told I would need to wait for my delivery to be 20 minutes late before any discount would be offered..won't be ordering from here anytime soon

We order from this location regularly and the food is always great. The only time they've ever made a mistake, the person I spoke to from the customer service line was incredibly helpful and professional. The replacement item arrived in half the time I was quoted by customer service.They are also one of the few pizza places that offers so many vegetarian and vegan options, which is awesome for us plant based folks. Panago will always be a go to for us.

This is the SECOND time dark hair is in the pizza. Last time it was on the chicken. This time disgustingly baked into the crust! So is this head hair or arm hair!! So gross!! No more Panago.

Staff behaviour is not good at all. They even don't know how to speak and how rude they were even can't imagine if you ask something to them. Even the store owner don't want to listen just ignored his staff behavior.

I haven't had Panago since probably 2009.. it used to be a treat to order here, but this is not the pizza I remember. I was extremely disappointed .... :( the dips also had a very unusual taste to them. Sorry to say but I will probably never order from here again.
I ordered pizza twice from this store, employees are lazy, and don't wear masks. And management is meh, the guy lives in Alberta and doesn't pay attention to what his employees are doing.

Blah ! Not good just moved to the north end and ordered . Pizza wasn’t even cut properly. Crust didn’t seem cooked all the way gummy chewy gross bland . Blah never again !
