I ordered a pepperoni pizza with boneless bbq wings and the pizza was alright, not much pepperoni and nothing special. But the boneless wings really confused me because it was their plain chicken “wings” (which are really more like soggy chicken nuggets) randomly dolloped with bbq sauce. They didn’t even bother to properly toss it as advertised. I wish had taken a picture because it was so unappetising. Very disappointing and misleading.

Manager is argumentative when addressing a situation. Was not very friendly or understanding. He spoke over me and wouldn’t let me communicate until I said something. Refused to give me any refund but offered to redeliver an order I did not want. he said he would rather waste another order and time to delivery instead of a refund. I asked for a refund on a pizza I did not receive in the first place.

Excellent pizza! That crust, that sauce! Soooo good. On top of the awesome pizza, the customer service is above par. They are such great folks and do their best to remedy any issues you might have.
I can't say enough about this Papa John's, I am just so happy that it opened up in Regina. Sooooo good!
