I ordered fish & rice with asparagus. Didn’t expect that my food is dry as a bone. Rice is cold, fish & shrimp is dry so as asparagus. Service is ok. But i’m not going back here to eat.

I recently visited Perkins for brunch with my family, and unfortunately, our experience left us disappointed. While the restaurant had some redeeming qualities, several key aspects were lacking. My wife and I both ordered the Double-Bacon Benny. My wife had to send her entire plate back because her food was so cold. My hashbrowns were hard they were so cold, the hollandaise sauce was chalky, and the English muffins were soggy from sitting so long. On the flip side, the grandparents' Build-A-Breakfast was mostly fine, except for another instance of cold hashbrowns. My daughter enjoyed her rainbow pancakes, which were a hit.The service staff were courteous and responsive; they promptly remade my wife's meal when we raised our concerns. The restaurant itself was clean and had a pleasant bustling atmosphere. At $20 per plate, the quality of the food did not match the price. Given the issues with the meal, it felt disappointing to pay as much as we did. While the restaurant was busy, which is often a good sign, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. Despite the efforts of the excellent staff and the cleanliness of the establishment, the main reason for our visit—to enjoy a satisfying meal—fell short.Although Perkins seems to be a popular spot, it’s clear that there's room for improvement. While we're not ruling out that it might have been an off day for the kitchen, based on this visit, we can't say we're eager to return.

My wife and I ate at Perkins last night. The food was pretty good, but our waitress is what made our dining experience exceptional. Her name is Zoé. She is kind, friendly very well mannered. She has an exceptionally friendly smile and is easy to talk to. She went above and beyond to make our dining the most pleasant I have ever experienced. We want to express our appreciation and say THANKYOU ZOÉ!

The country fried steak wasn't in the menu we got after 7pm, so that was disappointing. Was told us still on the menu earlier in the day, so really hope that wasn't false info!

Looking for a place to eat thanksgiving dinner. Googled Perkins. Well why not give them a try. Boy I’m glad I did. The dinner was delicious. Turkey plus two sides. A wide array of vegetable combinations to choose from. I’m telling you it was just like mom used to make. The pumpkin pie was amazing just a little hint of cinnamon. The price was very affordable. Now the service was excellent. Our waitress Madison was polite efficient time wise always checking on our table a credit to the industry. Next time I’m in town I for sure drop in for a bite

I cannot say we have ever had a bad meal, nor bad service here. Worth noting is waitress Josee, whom we have gotten to know over the years as we frequent here mostly for breakfasts. Nowadays it is unusual to see a waitress go above and beyond in cleaning. I was totally impressed how she wiped down seats, table, edges of table with solution after customers leave. It gave me peace of mind that "post covid'' sanitation still exists!!!! Thank you Josee for your friendliness and dedication in your work. Waitresses like you are few and far between.

My wife was there with a table of 10 today. Was not very busy. 5 of the 10 got their meals they were all done eating before the other 5 people got their meals. The last 5 meals came out cold. Waitress and manager would come and then disappear. All around terrible. 4 out of 10 of the meals were not edible. They took $50 off. In my opinion should have been more. The men’s bathroom was very dirty as well. If I could rate this minus I would.

Going to Perkins was an experience as I had never been there before. I had the best waitress and food ever. Loved my waitress Madison. She was friendly and so nice. Most waitresses do not listen to what you want to order but she did and served us with details like no gravy etc on turkey. She is amazing, friendly and smart. Actually Perkins is so lucky to have her. Next Rider game I m back to Perkins to see Madison and eat their amazing food.

Great out of the way place for a good meal. Has a small-town, mom-and-pop shop feel to it. I'll definitely be going back :)
