Always forget about this place. Kinda tucked away. Had the "brisket" pita. This and others are very macro friendly! It had very good flavor and was very well priced. Young guys working were friendly, knowledgeable, asked all the questions. Will definitely go back.

Came in around 12:30pm, lunch time with only 1 worker working. She had her air pods in and badly said 2 words to me while talking my order. When taking my payment I handed her cash as it took her about 4 minutes to count two $5 bills and 5 loonies. The till showed what my exact change was and she still gave me the wrong change. 2 more people walked in and she was still moving slower than a sloth. I’m sorry but Pita Pit you need to either have a second person working at lunch time, or a more experienced worker around lunch time. Was not impressed:(

Best customer service ever. I ordered Falafel wrap and my friends ordered Chicken Shawarma rive bowl and it was so yummy and cleanliness in the store is at next level?Very friendly staff. Yum! Exactly what I was craving. Great sized portion. Lots of complaints on here about getting skimped on the veggies. Simple as asking for more. Every employee tends to portion differently so ask for what you want. Employees were super friendly and kind. There's also a random framed photo of horses on the wall which was a highlight haha

This is ridiculous. I have never been so disappointed with a salad from Pita Pit. This place used to be my go-to salad place because I knew I would get a substantial and quality salad for the price I paid. Today I was shocked when the worker pulled out this tiny tuber ware container and BARELY filled it with lettuce and added a PINCH of each topping. It further wilted down below half of the container after adding the chicken. I paid $14 for a salad teaser. What a joke. Never going here again!

Not surprised to read the reviews on this restaurant. The food is subpar and my pita is always made so sloppy and getting smaller in portions every visit but the service is awful as well on more than one occasion. Would not recommend and will not return as there’s plenty of shops I can get a decent pita without being ripped off and receiving poor service.

Agreed with other reviewers, skimpy on the toppings. I feel the portion of the main meat/veggie option used to be larger. My pita was more bread than anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Good luck getting your meal if you have a gift card. Drove across the city on my lunch break to come here as I got a gift card for Christmas, the employees looked at me like I was an alien when I said I wanted to pay with a gift card. Linked my gift card to my Pita Pit rewards account, I genuinely don't understand how it didn't work like it makes 0 sense. Worker had to facetime her boss, basically telling me to kick rocks because it wouldn't scan. Even though after refreshing the app, with the balance obviously still showing, and proving it was on their app and not a screenshot. Waste of a lunch break and my time, so I guess now i'm stuck with a useless gift card? It's too bad, for years I've talked so highly of Pita Pit, claiming it to be my favorite restaurant, and recommending it to everyone. They've lost a dedicated customer today. It's a shame really.
