Ordered food online for delivery, and what a joke, food was over 2 hours late, food was stale and cold for sitting in the store for 2hrs. Never once reached out. I had to call, clearly didnt read that order was for delivery. Owner refused for refund for stale cold flue but here’s a 5$ gift card to come back and get more stale food thanks but no thanks

Ordered a chicken with bacon Caesar wrap. I told the person exactly what I wanted on my pita. As I was watching him, he started to add items that I didn't want and had to stop him immediately. I asked him what he was doing and he started to tell me that this is the way he makes it. I repeated myself again telling him what I wanted, not how he felt it should be made. Was not happy with how he didn't listen to his customer.

Chicken shawarma, all three on the grill (grilled onion, green pepper, mushroom) + romaine, spinach, sprouts, raw onion, cucumber, raw green pepper, raw mushrooms, jalapenos, cheddar cheese topped with pepper, tzatziki, chipotle and mayo. One of the yummiest things I've ever eaten.

I had an excellent experience at Pita Pit recently. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly to my liking. The customer service was outstanding, thanks to Jasim and Shiven, who were both very friendly and attentive. They made sure my order was prepared just right, and their warm attitude really enhanced the overall experience. The worker was very busy by themselves that evening, but they made sure to deliver a quality product and were very friendly when it was my turn to order/pay. Tried the regular QP Chicken Schwarma and Chocolate Banana Smoothie. Smoothie was a little bland.

worker closed shop 20 minutes prior to closing time, on march 9th, meanwhile, i show up and see a skip driver waiting outside to pick up food, and he said “the guy inside waved me off”. very unprofessional behaviour.

Girlfriend went to get pitas for lunch today. Ask to get mustard with mine, worker put something that was not looking like mustard. She questioned him about it but he assured her it was mustard. Taking a few bites of it only to find out it was hot sauce…a lot of hot sauce.

I went here on April 24th at 8:35pm, I checked to make sure that this location was open and it said store it was open until 9pm.I walked in the the restaurant and the worker in a rude way told me that the store was closed even though he was still serving customers that just walked in the the restaurant before me.I proceeded to tell him that it was still 20mins to 9pm, and he ignored me then turned his back towards me.The other customers saw this and were surprised by his actions towards me.
