I had an excellent experience at Pita Pit recently. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly to my liking. The customer service was outstanding, thanks to Jasim and Shiven, who were both very friendly and attentive. They made sure my order was prepared just right, and their warm attitude really enhanced the overall experience. The worker was very busy by themselves that evening, but they made sure to deliver a quality product and were very friendly when it was my turn to order/pay. Tried the regular QP Chicken Schwarma and Chocolate Banana Smoothie. Smoothie was a little bland.

worker closed shop 20 minutes prior to closing time, on march 9th, meanwhile, i show up and see a skip driver waiting outside to pick up food, and he said “the guy inside waved me off”. very unprofessional behaviour.

It was my first time here, and once I knew how to order, it was easy to put my pita together. The server was very courteous and understanding. I didn't realise that you could sit and eat. Very appealing surroundings and super clean. I will definitely be back.

Girlfriend went to get pitas for lunch today. Ask to get mustard with mine, worker put something that was not looking like mustard. She questioned him about it but he assured her it was mustard. Taking a few bites of it only to find out it was hot sauce…a lot of hot sauce.

I went here on April 24th at 8:35pm, I checked to make sure that this location was open and it said store it was open until 9pm.I walked in the the restaurant and the worker in a rude way told me that the store was closed even though he was still serving customers that just walked in the the restaurant before me.I proceeded to tell him that it was still 20mins to 9pm, and he ignored me then turned his back towards me.The other customers saw this and were surprised by his actions towards me.
Came in here for lunch at almost 1 p.m and asked if I could have a rice bowl and they said the rice was not yet made and I would have to wait 25 mins. the store was absolutely dead with no one inside how can you not be ready for business almost 2 hours after you open. Very disappointing
