I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Arsh. He was an excellent customer service representative—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was also prepared perfectly. Really appreciate the great service!

Came to dine in with the family, the place was empty and we went to sit. No signs on the tables. Just an empty dining area. When we were ready to order, waitress didn’t know whether we could still sit and order or had t leave. After checking with another staff, we were asked to leave. A whole dining area reserved for 25 ppl - not impressed. Will never go back!

Giving only one star after I did a bit of research on their 'delivery' fee. They charge a $5 delivery fee, that DOES NOT GO TO THE DRIVER. In my eye, that's stealing from the delivery driver. It's kinda like a hidden fee. It's sneaky, and it's greedy. The delivery fee should go STRAIGHT to the person actually doing the delivery. The physical location isn't doing the delivery, the human driving their vehicle is doing the delivery.

Pretty greasy, Pizza Hut. I will no longer give you my business.

Got to regina from out of town wanted some pizza figured pizza hut is usually a good choice wifes pizza was still raw and I had 1 pepperoni per slice was definitely not worth what we paid and they don't offer gluten free on deals not even for extra .... wouldn't recommend this store and no we didn't call the store cause we would have had to wait another 45 minutes for them to show up and we drove all day pizza hut do better guys

Pizza Hut never disappoints! The pizza was piping hot, with the crust perfectly crispy and the cheese melted just right. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and every bite was delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and super efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and inviting — perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. Definitely one of the best pizza experiences around!

If you’re looking for a dine-in experience, stay far away. What an absolute joke. Walked in and the lady at the front told us we could order, pay and then seat ourselves. Okay, fine. She said the pizza would be brought out, so we went around the corner and found an empty dining room—except for three tables on the wall. What the heck? Three tables, all nasty and not cleaned. At this point the table beside us saw we didn’t even get napkins, so they gave us some of their extras to wipe down the table. Big thank you to those people for the random kindness.

We sat down because we were committed and paid, hoping it would get better. Nope. The food came out in a pizza box. No plates, no napkins, nothing. Not anywhere near home, the only option was to eat at the restaurant. When we asked for plates, they came back with KFC plates. Are you serious?

The dining room itself looked less like a restaurant and more like a dance hall—huge empty space, just a few sad dirty tables shoved to the side. All it needed was a disco ball and a DJ to complete the vibe.

I ordered an iced tea in a can, asked for a straw and was told they didn’t have any. At that point I honestly felt like I should’ve just eaten the pizza in the parking lot.

Horrible service, zero communication, dirty dining room and no effort to provide even the basics.

If there were expectations set up front around how things work, then I would have at least had the option to stay or leave. There needs to be better signage or communication.

Hopefully this review saves someone a hassle.

Want to be absolutely flabbergasted? Come to the Quance Pizza Hut. Despite everything suggesting that they have dine-in, they don't. It is a sad, lonely looking place. You are supposed to order at the counter, and then they bring it out to you. There are still some booths to sit at, but you're mainly going to be using them to feel sad about the state of this place.

The food is packaged like it's going to a delivery driver and not your table. Even though they have the means to mix a Caesar salad, it shows up ready for YOU to mix it. This place is a joke. Get excited to eat off of KFC paper plates and use disposable cutlery.

The only saving grace is what few options they DO offer at least comes out hot and delicious.

We were not the only family to come in expecting a proper dine in experience, only to be gutted at what a joke this place is.

They should honestly just move out of this building to a smaller one and let a real restaurant use this space.

The pizzas...where amazing. So delicious, light and filling that I ate 3 than the usual 2 slices at the pizza hut in Fort.
Will come again with family whenever we're done combining!! (on staterdays)
They aren't the usual scrawny one's I'd think it my head of a pizza places' pizza, the crusts where soft, light and enjoyable!!
(Parents got meat lovers, I got Hawaiian.)

The women at the desk was very friendly when my parents spoke to her after we walked in. :D
This wound be a go-to if you wana hang with friends and have a pizza
(I now plan to go here with a friend in another country if they do happen to have gluten free pizza if we get to meet ❤️)

This is one of the best pizza restaurants in the city. The dough is crispy and crunchy, which makes the pizza extra delicious. We ordered a pepperoni and a fried cheese pizza—both were very tasty. We really enjoyed our meal.
