They said my order will be ready in 15 mins and after 15 mins they said we had many orders and it will take 10 more mins . It’s bad service and lying to the customer. Taking the customer for granted .

Extremely unsafe! Delivery man yelled, stared me down, demanded ID photo — DO NOT order if you’re home alone, especially if you’re a woman.

This was terrifying. The Pizza Hut delivery man raised his voice, looked furious, and stared at me the entire time in an aggressive, uncomfortable way that felt threatening — I genuinely felt unsafe. He demanded to take a photo of my student ID. I wanted to refuse, but I was honestly too scared to say no.

To make it worse, he only gave me the pizza. When I asked about the chicken wings I also ordered, he snapped, blamed his supervisor, and then pulled the wings out from his delivery box — clearly had them the whole time.

This was not just unprofessional — it was a deeply disturbing and unsafe experience. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

If you live alone, especially women — stay safe. Don’t order from here.

A Shift to Self-Service with Mixed Results**

I recently visited a Pizza Hut that had transitioned from a table-service restaurant to a self-service model, and the experience was a mix of pros and cons.

Upon entering, I quickly noticed the change in the dining experience. Instead of the usual table service, customers are now given small paper plates, napkins, and wooden forks at the time of ordering.

This shift to self-service, while perhaps efficient for the restaurant, felt impersonal and detracted from the dining experience.

One of the more disappointing changes was how the pizza is now served. Instead of the traditional pan or tray, pizzas are served in a cardboard box. This not only takes away from the presentation but also feels wasteful. The boxes are unnecessary, especially when dining in, and it’s a step down from the more polished service Pizza Hut used to offer.

As for the food, the pizzas we ordered were still tasty, living up to Pizza Hut's usual standards. However, the chicken wings were a major letdown. They were extremely small, more akin to a kids' meal portion than what you'd expect from a regular serving.

Overall, I'd rate the food a 7/10—decent pizza, but the wings were a miss.

The service, or lack thereof, would be a 5/10.

The shift to self-service and the changes in how the food is presented have diminished the overall experience.

If you’re just in it for the pizza, it’s still good, but if you’re looking for the dining experience Pizza Hut once offered, you might be disappointed.
