Ordered the Royal extra large .when I got home and opened it. It was the worst pizza ever. Had no cheese just a smattering of sauce . The pepperonis were like little cups and the crust was burnt. The staff sits behind the counter caring on and ignoring customers. The cashier can’t speak English and Doesn't know there own menu.. I will never go to Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch for pick up. When we got home we realized it had no ranch (the best part). Called to complain and was told "sorry, we are running low". They should have told me this when I ordered as I would have went to a different location. Unable to speak to manager as they were not in and told to call back some other time.
