Ordered wings at the south Albert location. Spoke with a female and instead of placing my order for wings she went ahead and placed it for boneless chicken bites. When we picked up the order, went home and sat down to eat and then realized that instead of having wing night we were having boneless chicken bites. We called the restaurant back and spoke with the same female who also identified herself as the manager and the person who took our order. She then placed us on hold before returning to the phone call to say that she had ‘remembered clearly us ordering boneless chicken bites’. When I questioned her about this she called me a liar and said that she was right and would not let me speak with anyone else.Ruined my experience with Pizza Hut. Won’t be going back to this location EVER; possibly never Pizza Hut again.

- The toppings portion size is getting lesser each time. It is so much noticeable that you can literally count the grilled chicken pieces and they'll turn out around 6-8 pieces on a large size pizza that has 8 slices that's about one piece per slice if you are lucky. - The border width of the homestyle crust pizza is getting bigger too. At some point it use to be less than an inch and now it is over an inch which in turn tells that the overall pizza toppings has now shrunk further. - Cheese is perhaps the most critical ingredient of the pizza. At one point cheese use to be nicely following if you take a slice in your hand and now its barely noticeable. - Pizzahut pizza prices are one of the expensive ones if you compare with other competitors so one would think that the quality of the products will be also be top however it has only gone down each time I've placed an order and it is because of that the ratio of my orders has gone down compared to how much I use to order. I'm here. Order the pizza kids are hungry but the front desk says just one cook and her today.. will take 30 mins.. also no courtesy.. why are there high chairs here if they aren't ready to serve. Poor location shouldn't have cared to stop.
