Terrible food. There’s a satisfaction guarentee policy so we were told they were remaking it. 45 minutes later we called again and found out they refused to remake it and didn’t even tell us..2 hours of waiting and hungry kids. Awesome -_- so unprofessional. If you see the location in person you would understand too how it’s ran by internationals with no respect

I had a frustrating experience with the Pizza Pizza location in Regina. I called their store around 10:30 PM to place a pickup order, but the person who answered insisted it was already 11:30 PM and that they were closing soon. I tried to explain that it was only 10:30 PM local time, but he didn’t believe me — possibly due to a time zone or daylight saving issue.
Because of this confusion, I had no choice but to drive to the store and place my order in person, which I really didn’t want to do. It wasted my time and defeated the purpose of calling ahead. I hope the franchise owner looks into this issue and ensures their phone system or call center is aligned with local time. Customers shouldn’t have to argue about the current time just to order a pizza.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Served me rotten pizza that made me sick after 2 bites. Refused to refund the order, would only offer me to remake the pizza (like why would I want a pizza remade with the same rotten ingredients) or a $10 credit for a $20 pizza when quite frankly I will never eat there again after receiving rotten food. Tasted like the tomato sauce fermented. Truly disgusting.

I specifically asked twice for the pizza to be well done, but it still came out undercooked. On top of that, the veggie toppings were uneven and barely there—definitely not what I expected. Disappointed with the quality and lack of attention to the order. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

I love the calm and calm atmosphere of their space, their food is delicious, the cleanliness of the space is at the Top and they are patient with the customer when he doubts. Nothing to say; perfect service.

I have ordered xxl pizza and i get a call from the store and guy said they are not able to deliver pizza and then i go my self for pick up my delivery and on reception guy asked me for full payment including delivery charges.. and after all this when i get my pizza its so terrible its not cooked properly and topping are not sufficient.. i strongly not recommend this store. worst experience i have today
