I visit this place from over a year now thinking that the owner is from my native place. Last time when i ordered a pizza there was a hair in our pizza and we literally saw a staff personnel not washing their hands after visiting washroom hence, hygience is a big concern, the floor was not mopped aswell,the staff does not clean the tables and say they dont have enough manpower. Moreover, they new have a new policy now that you cannot bring your own soft drink to the place and the staff was very rude on saying that which takes away our freedom to have what we want to have. The staff person told that this time i am telling you politely "read the notice put outside", means next time they will force it upon us ?. It was an insult in front of family and friends as i had suggested them all to go there.There are other better places for having pizza nearby who serve better pizza then pizza pizza, but i it would be highly appreciable if the owner should inculcate some manners in their staff and relook at their policies.Highly disappointed!!

Pizza is good and a sound and quick option for odd-time cravings, too. The menu is complex to understand, and I prefer to pick a deal. They need to improve their phone and digital ordering system.Vegetarian options: The Vegi option is expensive and has limited halal options.

I downloaded the app, and placed my order. I had no issues with that part of things. Once the pizza left the store, that's where the problems begin.First, it took over 45 minutes for the pizza to be delivered, in a city where you can get anywhere in under 20. By the time the pizza arrived, it was stone cold.The delivery driver was completely incompetent at reading the giant address on the front of my apartment building, and even more incompetent at reading the signs inside to find my apartment.I was handed my drinks in a tattered, filthy bag (pictured here). Then the driver tells me not to order from there because it is too far and they won't service my area... so why is that not done through the app?I am so disappointed with this experience. I will be deleting the app and never ordering from here again.

We ordered take out. The pizza itself is super disappointing. The bottom tastes awful. However, the deep fried dill pickles were great and the funnel cake sticks were good.

I ordered Half moon Garlic bread and customized pizza. I found food was not fresh, however filling was good. Usually they provide better quantity of toppings then other pizza stores I tried.While I was commenting this, I remember their pathatic service in last winter. I ordered a pizza, and delivery guy came on the door, he didn’t messaged or call, and he started to knock the door so loudly for no reason in night. When I received the order, I informed him that he didn’t need to knock the door loudly, as I was coming to open the door. He started to argue, I informed him that I will complain about him, and he said he doesn’t care about that and slammed the door while leaving. It was very unpleasant experience.

I usually get a medium pepperoni, sometimes the cresent cheese sticks, fries and/or a drink, one of the women who work there remember my order which is funny, anyways I always like coming here and will keep on coming.They messed up one order of mine, gave me the spiciest pizza I've ever had but that was over a year ago and I haven't had much issue so keep up with the great work!
I got a flyer in the mail and they advertised their fixed 4 topping special for 18$ and I thought I'll give it a try because it was cheap enough and I usually think even bad pizza is better than no pizzaPIZZA PIZZA proved me wrong...bad pizza is BAAAAAAAAAD pizza.The crusts are truly bland and tasteless. It tasted like nothing more than flour and baking soda.Sauce.It was red. That's about the best I can say. A sauce is your primary elements after crust. It should be full and thick and flavourful. This is not.ToppingsThe toppings were ok but they didn't exactly strike me as anything exceptional.The cheese was the minimal amount.The cooked product was enough to cook the crust and warm the toppings. The cheese was melted anoigh but you could tell it was shredded cheese and it still looked like shredded cheese. The cheese should be abundant and melted enough so it all blends together with the other toppings. As for cooked...I live very close and my pizza was barely warm by the time I got home.One pizza I ordered was to have crumbled and strip bacon. There was NO strip bacon on the pizza at all. Pretty sure I did not get the entire pizza I ordered.Eating the pizza itself was not a pleasant experience. There was a guy name gautam who was working last night I went to this place he came from outside and start taking my order without his hands and didn’t follow any health safety protocols. Worst place to order, staff is very rude and disrespectful.
